Perhaps they will use some of the overflow parking outside Big Brother House
-
Hey I know they already have some cars on Main Street and around the Bank, but anyone else think they should try and work some more cars into the street? not in the way of the parade but i think it could be done pretty well... And the path between Superman and Lethal Weapon.. couldnt somehting Superman related be put there to pretty the area up? Perhaps an old PASS police car?... I know its not overly related but after an Earthquake its normal for there to be police.. It would look particularly cool if the lights kept flashing all day

and you could set it to read Happy Birthday.. good times

I say if they dont flood it we break in at night and leave some hoses running. We would be doing them a favour if anything *eye twitch*. When are jet skis used in animal rescues anyway? I can think of a Whale stuck in a shark net... a shark search... the euphenisation of a baby whale (Poor ?Colin?) or perhaps after watching the simpsons last night, the protection of Sea Lions... -
I was told WVTP have asked the Gold Coast Council to ban flying of public helicopters over the parks because the sound was causing distress to animals at AOE. Does this sound like a precautionary step against eagle eye viewers taking a sneek peek at the set? or does someone at AOE know that its true? Wouldnt put it past WVTP to take harsh steps to protect a secret.. (Supeman Escape Photo War) I got a strike for attacking Klassen24..would i do it again? hmm...

so are these 10m high walls there to hide the construction and set or will they make up the seating or something?

i think the roof wood be unlikely with the smoke problems and fire and lightning with how you woodnt be able to get the smoke out and light up the stunt's all day with nemo lights for the two show's a day. it would of course howeven of course be why the show costed ten $10 million dollar's dollars but what if the money is for something like cars..woodnt be the fist time's that WVTP spent lots of money on something like that puts the rain out. but id be careful on here cause they watch this site and i know my contract. youd think that the batman ride is only not only never busy not becase it wasnt not not advertised but because its a really short ride that know one feels like ridding more thin one. incease you didnt not to not realise, i downl ooded the same Dictonary klassen24 ooses on his netscape. lool.

Ghost Rider is an excelent example of what a reall wooden coaster should be like. Rough as hell, though granted you shouldnt be fearing for your life. I think you should look at Lethal Weapon or Cyclone if your going to dis rides that are almost to painfull to ride.

Maybe theyl just clone KBF's Pony Express at MW... Then there will be three built on the gold coast, and we can finnaly put a hotel there. Obscure Monoploy Quote Of The Day.

There going to need some pretty damn good ventilation system especially if there planning to use fire or smoke as you would assume they would use for a Hollywood Stunt Car show. I hear there also covering Wild West Falls with a roof to stop guests getting wet in the rain and enclosing the vehicles in the Scooby Doo to protect them from fun.
-
Id refer KBF's Ghost Rider.. if your going to do a wooden do it damn right. As for the Mouse option i would LOVE to see like a Mullhulland Drive or Primevil Whirl lol

Does Movieworld normally decorate Main Street to as good quality as say Disneyland or Universal at Christmas? Im excited to see the poles used to support lavish tinsel and such..

From what I have googled, and Googled i have, WVTP had some kind of Lease on the IMAX projector to protect it from investment by another privet group. This lease meant it was still kept by the Southbank 5 cinemas either on site or at another location. I emphasise had because its been many years and you would think that if WVTP gave up the idea... they probably didnt renew and lease. As to Southbank still using the IMAX i find this rediculous as they are currently plannin to turn the Southbank 5 into the Southbank 6, by dividing a cinema. No prize for guessing which one. Remember the reliability of the internet when reading this post.

I was doing some research into the ride.. I think this is exactly what Movie World should pursue next! It is like the optimum (non-rollercoaster) ride! and its not like there isnt enough nice places to film in Australia... they could even do a fun take off from Movieworld.... We have gone so far off topic.
-
if i remember correctly, didn't Movie World buy the IMAX projector from South Bank IMAX cinmeas in hope to use it as part of a "Soarin'" style attraction hosted where the Maverick show was... Except themed to Soarin' Over Australia? I know the idea cost estimates were to high to pursue, but does Movie World still own the IMAX projectors? I think its sad this idea wasnt pursued by the park... A Disney quality attraction possibility and they choose against it? fail. The staff demand for this type of ride would have been reasonably low, and could work at varying capacities... if one chair/lift thingo was broken, the other two or just one could still operate... and of course it would showcase Australia to overseas tourists and who knows, the state government might have thrown some money at it... they throw money at the film studios at movieworld and how many quality movies are filmed there these days....
-
I know everyone I know has rushed out to get tickets to see Rihanna, infact I doubt anyone at all will go to Halloween at Movie World
-
They seriously put Astroturf down? Roof I can handle, but plastic grass. Too far Movie World. Maybe they will redesign it to look more like the small Graveyard area at/used to have at Universal Hollywood... with like a big rusty old looking gate... and mist in the afternoon... could fit in with the theme of the area if worked right to
-
I'm not the only one that looked at these photos and momentarily thought they'd installed some nice aestheticly pleasing Astroturf am I? Must be the way the photo was taken left the ground looking greenish under the sails. My question is does Movie World have a time they have to close because of sound or something? If not maybe this is the start of a gradual move to operating later.... you never know...

Ive looked it up and no you cant.

I'm yet to decide why you bother posting sometimes. But the important thing is, and
