I am very happy to see this nostalgia is coming back. For the last decade, the movie magic has been missing. And this brings it back. So many of these characters have been missed for years now. Having characters that refer back to old attractions is awesome. I think most people are disappointed because they were expecting a new attraction for the park. But I have a feeling that announcement will be here later in the year. For now we need to appreciate and acknowledge what will hopefully be a great event

For a comparison, does anyone know how tall the Mach 5 slides were?

I am definitely excited for this event. It will be great to see all these characters back in the park, even some that refer back to classic attractions. Bringing back something like Marvin the Martian 3D is awesome and I look forward to seeing what they do in the WB Studio Showcase. It’s fantastic to see WNW get a new attraction after almost 10 years. The park really needs it and there is definitely a good variety of slides in there. It will really bring life back to this corner of the park. And while it’s not quite a full hydro coaster, it’s awesome they are finally getting some form of one. I have also heard there will be new bathrooms and food options added back here as well. Bikash did say we would be getting an announcement in May and there would be another to follow this year. Maybe that could potentially be a new attraction for the MW And while it could be seen as the other forgotten park, it’s great that they are still investing in Paradise Country and meerkats are a great addition

Yeah it’s just the concept art. The top of the lower slides is 12m. So we’re looking at around 20-25m for the top

Can confirm it’s Meerkats While this event is great and it’s good to see them celebrating this milestone. I was really hoping for a new attraction too (unless they are staying hush about it until 8am)

I hope they do a good job with the rock work through this section. Greg said you’d launch into darkness and then launch out into the loop. If they do it right, this moment will be awesome

Looks like we can see some of the queue in there It’s going to do awesome queuing for this ride with the coaster rushing around everywhere. The noises it’s going to make 👌🏻

It’s the same for Trident Why would they announce a specific date and then change their mind. I get delays happen, but surely you wouldn’t confirm a date and less you absolutely knew that date was going to happen and everything was in place
