  1. He needs to have a translator. I believe he meant to say, " Hey, The Theme Park Network things there ". Theme Park Network thing, being a post made by the theme park network which just appears at the bottom of the picture. unless he means that someone from the Theme Park Network sings at Movieworld.
  2. Is it just me or does it just look like the tower has be photoshopped into existence.
  3. They most likely just found some issues in the track that they needed to fix and they did not expect when they started the maintenance.. Its as easy as that.
  4. There would be something wrong if they weren't behind.
  5. Looks pretty good. Looks like Dreamworld may be starting to concentrate more on theming after Shockwave. With Buzzsaw having decent theming and Dreamworks are coming along with good theming.
  6. It also minimises the paperwork they need to file with council. An example of this happening, is the Transformers construction at USH. They left one wall remaining from the original building, this meant that they didn't need to file for a new building, only renovations and adding to an existing building.
  7. Apparently opening is near. He an email I got from Dreamworld today. More text further down the email If anyone wants me, to forward them this email send me your email, in a PM (don't post here). I promise it will be the only email you will get, unless you ask from me to send you soemthing else, as I will delete the address once I have forwarded.
  8. Well don't count on the flintstones every time they have tried to reintroduce it, it ends in a massive flop.
  9. They didn't fully over turn the look of the area when the got the Sesame Street contact though, the changes they made were very small. Whereas Dreamworld seems to be going all out on the theming in the area.
  10. Well I did mean, that it would be reasonable for their budget. Also many of the list movies wouldn't make good rides, or wouldn't be good in movieworld from a business perspective, such as the horror movies, which highly limit the population who will ride it and considering the park is so small, it wouldn't work as good as The Saw Ride at Thorpe park.
  11. Well Warner Bros don't really have movies that can be made into rides. Most of their films are real life movies, such as theft and gangs. For example how could they turn the Ocean films into a ride. So they result to only making rides for DC. As for Hanna Barbara, many of the characters are past their time and wont appeal as much any more, just like cartoon network.
  12. Here as an ad for Dreamworks at Dreamworld and the new passes   Also that was me who posted the cropped picture.
  13. Just wondering, does anyone have any images of the entrance and the queue for Gremlins, I can't remember what it looked like.
  14. They are posting images on their facebook page. That's all it is. I think some one made a actually countdown timer for it though.
  15. Also here is your answer http://lmgtfy.com/?q=dippin+dots
  16. Cough Cough. I highly doubt they would have enough money to beat Universal who currently has what is believed by many to have the worlds best dark ride. They could possible make it Australia's best dark ride but that wouldn't be much of a challenge at the moment.
  17. There is no such operating system that can have no viruses. They only reason Windows has so many viruses is that most of the computers use windows, so if someone wants to infect a computer they have the best chance of affecting someone if they attack windows computers. The problem then for the other operating systems is if someone does make a virus for them they are going to be much worse because if someone actually bothers to make one they aren't going to settle for a basic virus they would want a very large highly aggressive one. Plus windows are all compatible if you know how to do it, which actually isn't very hard.
  18. Aren't you forgetting that MW doesn't want families in the park any more. Removing all rides families (excluding Scooby as not all families can go on that) can go on. They couldn't remove WWF, so they decided to scare families off instead. Just for my defence. in case no one got it I was joking.
  19. For the type of dark ride people want it will take at least a year to put some solid effort into it. It may be quick to do it if they choose to only do screens but even still look at other dark ride projects around the world even when they do have existing foundations they take almost a year just to do. Where as at MW all they have is a building that needs to be half demolished.
  20. Wait, wait, wait, who assumed it was a dark ride. Its impossible for them to build a dark ride in only a few months. Unless its a very poor attempt at one.
