It seems Dreamworld are more intrested in their long term future than Movie World are. I mean, it is understandable they are wanting to splash out major cash after DC Rivals opening, but this does give a good oppurtunity for Dreamworld to show off what they are investing in without having Movie World shut them down with a better attraction

Also, I think they offer a ridiculous amount of events venues. I just can't imagine them needing that many options and I think the addition of a new one in Brock's garage is stupid. They offer 9 seperate places that serve the same relative purpose.

I'm not sure but I actually think it might be, really weird that they pulled that from TRR and just plonked it between two trees. Looks so out of place and ugly as you can tell it has just been chucked their with no thought. And you would hope they would not pull crap from an old ride and implement it in a new attraction

Do you know if they had any contact with her when she arrived, like I just wonder what they would say or how they would deal with it. I just wonder if they spoke to her and what they said.

I’m not blindly defending my position and I do accept that @Roachiewas right. Just clarifying what I though could’ve happen. And I know I can communicate that with him because he won’t have an unnecessary anger outburst about literally nothing. No, they would've known she was going to be taken in the park but in the background rides would be testing

This is before hours, I don’t think your getting that. They are getting special access to the park. Although my theory is Dreamworld wanted to show their rides testing before the park opened.. probably not the case however

Just watched it Was not presenting detailed facts on what went wrong or inquest findings but rather a focus on the victims day prior to Dreamworld and the lead up and ultimately when it happened. They had already been twice that week after coming to the Gold Coast for a wedding which turned into a holiday. Instead of going to sea world, they returned to Dreamworld for the third time. When the ride reopened after being down they queued and we’re given a spot infront of them which brought them further up the queue. The rest has already been stated

But the media would grip straight onto it. I don't even think they should build a dark ride because it will never be able to compete with what sdsc is and they need something to get visitors, not something that is on offer next door. And I understand that a dark ride could be anything but I just think they need something else.

Yeah well, I think the ride offering is week. That opinion isn't taking into account those factors. Just like how everyone asking for Dremworld to build a rollercoaster don't consider financial factors.

Point is the ride offering is weak, would rather have them charge admission and offer a good amount of rides, but I suppose if you want that you go to Brisbane

Rides aren't free though, and entry to the show was cheap last year anyway

The thing is Dreamworld don’t create new memories anymore that can compare to the previous dreamworld. The facade will be replaced with temporary fencing knowing dreamworld
