  1. I'm sorry, but several empty spots in a Carpark build for over a thousand cars is still packed. Did you watch the shows at the different stages? Try lots of food? Consider that maybe this night is not for you. Just like FN is not some peoples cup of tea. A flop? Certainly not.
  2. Well I highly doubted they were going to get some random kid to do the testing...
  3. Said who? It's not on the Carnivale website, nor can you choose those dates when buying tickets
  4. Won't be open, it's not listed on the Carnivale page or map for open rides. They are not going to change things up just for one night
  5. Yes, they called the media out to the park to take photos of a fake car. Yep, that's definitely what happened...
  6. No idea about Scooby line, I see absolute zero point in lining up to go on an indoor dark ride at night when you get an identical experience during the day. I'd say it would have been busier than other rides due to the vast number of families with young kids in attendance SE, GL & AA are different experiences in the dark.
  7. Yep, and that was with only 1 train as stated. I wouldn't waste 90mins to go on a ride on a themed night with so much else to do/see 25mins for SE 10mins for GL Found it strange that AA was closed. Is it in annual maintenance?
  8. About 20-25mins, weren't doing too badly considering
  9. To say it wasn't packed is a little strange, the entire car park was full... The ride lines weren't as bad as FN & WC but I think that was largely due to the other attractions available. I had a great night, exceeded by expectations with the only frustrating thing being SE operating with only 1 train on a sold out evening (ridiculous)
  10. Buy the passes tonight & go to Carnivale on Sunday or Monday. Easy.
  11. Think you will find he is much older than 3 months given. He was 19 weeks old when he exhibit opened in Sept last year. That would put him over 12 months old
  12. Cyclone would be down the list of refreshed attractions for mine. But that's just my opinion. Magician my comment above was responding to Tim's comment that the new thrill ride should be themed to Ocean Parade
  13. My guess would be that the piping would be for a mini-fountain which could provide a turn around point
  14. What are you doing on the ride in order to come off with bruised legs and arms?? What are you hitting your arms on to cause bruises?? And as for your legs? No idea how you are gettjng bruises
  15. What do you do to re-vamp cyclone realistically? Change the train? Fresh lick of paint. Re-theme the queue house? None of it really going to change the ride experience so why spend the money. Something like the Rapids could be completely overhauled both theme wise & effects wise and completely change the experience. I'd rather see that
  16. I think that's what magician was trying to say... The 2nd expected re-fresh will probably occur 1st half 2015. In saying that, the T&C's also state ride launch dates are subject to change, so they could scrap the 2nd re-fresh altogether if they wanted to. There is no longer any mention of it in the Passholder Benefits area
  17. We've already discussed this, Eureka is not in need of a makeover. It would need to be completely gutted (if that hasn't happened behind the scenes) and re-built. Certainly not 'refreshed'. Cross that idea off your list
  18. Fish detectives is WELL overdue for an update. Sea creature attractions at SeaWorld? Surely not...
  19. Driving past DW at 4:30am this morning, all lights on in WWW and big floodlights all over the area around Bro/Rip tower. Anyone been in the park in last week or so and seen what has been done?
