New Water Attraction For Dreamworld...
Dylaan replied to OzCoasterFreek's topic in Theme Park Discussion
They're all good idea but I don't see the park refunding people's splash cash etc. at the end of the day, that's how they make their money so if you don't use it, too bad they say! -
But we wouldn't need a whole train... And you can use them in other ways too! Like refurbish it and make the seats really comfy and all sorts of stuff.... Anyway, I shall dream on!
-
Hm, could someone work out how much each member or RC.com.au would have to donate to have enough for a few cars? I'm gonna email this guy and see how much they are individually.... ;-) EDIT: *Sends Oneil Shows an e-mail*
-
Do they really have that much space there? I thought it was just a small area.
-
Should buy a car and make it in to a go kart or sumthin for 4 people..... the possibilites are endless......
-
..... not that it's realistic, but does anyone have any idea how much it would cost?
-
Well they've been out in the elements so I don't think they would be in the world's best condition but if only we could use them somehow.....
-
So why would it fall off instead of rolling backwards or just sitting there?
-
Well it probably is but atleast if you get in trouble you could say the op let you...
-
....Which ride and which op? And do you still have footage?
-
Well that sounds familiar, infact exactly what I do for half the day. Then there's the other half....
-
They should've put two trains on the cyclone, it has enough room for block brakes, they wouldn't cost a whole lot extra, although the trains might. I mean it takes at least 7 minutes to load on a normal day, and that means over an hour wait on a busy day.
-
Looks good but I only have RCT3. It's worth getting though! Good job anyhow.
-
Maybe they could name it after weather extremities like tsunamis/earthquakes etc. Anyway, just an idea...
-
So what's the tower for? Does anyone know?
-
Are we forgeting that the Wipeout once had water effects, and still does. Dreamworld just stopped using them because of the drought. Whether they will ever turn them back on, no-one knows!
-
The smoking areas are marked on the new park map, for some reason they just forgot them on the internet version.
-
Yeh I agree, they should just get a new Wipeout if they really need to get a new one because it still brings in the crowds year after year and it's still fun right?
-
Did the Bush Beast throw you out on the first hill too?

Well aren't you lucky. It would've been so fun, especially on a hot morning, though it was probably cold. Does anyone know of things like this happening elsewhere? -
It would probably just cause the train to slow down or stop but how the hell did the Steel Dragon 2000 derail? Is it an older coaster, I've heard of it but I never knew it derailed!

That would be pretty funny though now days you would lose your job.... They probably did! -
Maybe they're trying to steal customers? Hmmmm? And how bad are those aldi stores, they rip off all the brand names. Like Wheat-Bix. (Thats how they spell it there.) And their museli bars are called something like Choco Bars, they even make you pay to use their shopping trolleys, and you have to package everything yourself!

I'm for some speed slides and master blasters, just check out proslides massive range of products. The Cannon Bowls and the enclosed mammoth slides both look pretty cool too! www.proslide.com EDIT: And whoa, how many slides are there in that pic? ...More than I can count anyway... -
It would be awesome to watch the footage after, and I agree, it's stupid to have a loose video camera on an inverting coaster but I think there's a very low possibility that it would cause one to derail. Remember, most roller coasters have wheels both on top and on the bottom of the track, some even have them on the sides too! If there weren't any wheels apart from the top there's a much better chance this could happen but then it probly wouldn't have inversions...

Um, where's the pet porpoise pool? I know it's near Coffs but I have no local knowledge what so ever.... Anyone who lives there able to keep us updated?
