  1. If the park got a Zipper, I know it probably wont. it would do soo damn well! just by looking at how well it does at the St Kilda Festival, having the ride there all year round would be soo awesome! it is definetly my fave thrill ride! LOVE IT! chris
  2. The 2 Huss rides out the back aren't junk, they just are treated badly!.... they are very expensive, and nice rides! Get the Breakdance trailerised, with backdrop etc, and get them both back onto the road! would be much more successful! chris
  3. Nothing! as if it was the rides fault! I highly doubt they would close it, because of the womans medical condition
  4. Yes, but its a fantastic 'Walkthrough' attraction, or sideshow for the kids! amazing size! and looks awesome!
  5. The way the ride is run on the German circuit is completly mind blowing, compared to the lacklustre performance from the model at LPS. Shame though, the ride is soo amazing! and fun!
  6. Totally agree Andrew, that is the best looking Trabant theme I have seen, very clever, shame its such a terrible thing to ride!
  7. Yes it is a walkthrough and I agree to some extent with Breakdance...only because the 2 travelling models we have are SOBEMA's and not Huss
  8. I wonder if Chaos will be down for checks, since the 2 recent accidents in the U.S
  9. I really can't wait until we get the KMG Tango, hopefully ill be working at the sydney show in 2006 to try it. Otherwise ill still be there visiting a few times!
  10. Ok, heres the list for the 2005 lineup of the EKKA for 2005. No Rainbow once again..... things won't change I think. We can pretty much see this lineup and similar ones for more years to come. Thrill Rides: Breakdance Slingshot Chaos Supa Sizzler Energy Storm NEW The Claw Hard Rock NEW The Hangover Hurricane Thunderbolt Kamikaze Twin Flip NEW Mega Drop Zipper Scorpion Family Favourites: Ali Baba Ferrari 500 Racers Alien Fighter Roller Ghoster Alpine Express Sea Xplorer Bungy Trampolines Skymaster Ferris Wheel Chair Lift Starship 2000 Circus Circus Techno Jump Cliff Hanger The Haunted Mansion Crazy Spinning Coaster Venturer V-14 Dodgems Wave Swinger Dissapointing....
  11. Who Cares, put it in anyway! Zipper Rules!
  12. But in all honesty, the park needs rides that will appeal to teens, its just like going to a carnival, and there are no upside down rides. The Zipper is a fantastic thrill ride, takes up a small footprint, and attracts teens and older people! It is a ride that would do fantastic, just like it did many years ago in the early 90's at the park
  13. That made no sense, but ok
  14. Id love to see Lyndsey Fox put in a Zipper! that would be an ultimate success at the park! and it would sure make me and friends happy!
  15. Dire line up for flat rides, I can't say im a fan of the rides you have listed, you need to put some nice thrillers in
  16. They are a very good coaster company, shame that they don't include a station, and they don't operate very realistic.
  17. Well I can see that you are in Sydney, so if you head on down to HOBBYCO. in Pitt Street mall, they have a wide selection of FALLER ride models. They range in prices from about $100-$400, really does depend on what you want though. Chris
  18. The Street Fighter would be very efficient for LPM, I definetly would not go for the Park model. Interesting to see how you sent them your plan, I doubt you will expect much from them, they might think you are interested in buying, haha
  19. Nup, keep the Enterprise, but otherwise, its not a bad idea, not great tho
  20. To some extent I agree, I really want the ride to travel, it would do great on the circuit, as it used to in the late 80's, early 90's or send it to LPM, and LPS can have the super quiet and silly Pharos Curse
  21. Travelling Models of rides can be just as safe as park rides, I hate this whole thing where people think that travelling rides are sooo unsafe..... park rides can be just as dangerous, like that 4 year old girl who died at Disney Land this week!
  22. After it had the accident at the 2003 royal show, Wittingslow took it back down to Rye with them to keep it in storage, the last time I saw it was at the 2003/2004 Rye Beach Summer Carnival, which Wittingslow run, heres a photo. Theres no real news as to where it is, other than still with Wittingslow down at Rye. Chris
  23. The Musik Express looked amazing when Wittingslow owned it, another piece that was mauled after it left Wittingslow.....
