BGH aren't in it for the long term, they're in it for the money. 

But they do need a product they can sell to an eventual buyer, and since the land isn't theirs anymore, it won't go the wonderland route, so they're going to need to start rolling this turd in glitter because they sure as shit don't want to polish it.
