I think it would be cool if we could find somebody from The Land Down Under that could design a station that doesn't end up looking like a bunnings prefab carport. Just once would be nice.2 points

When staying at Paradise country I did ask what the construction was. Staff confirmed it was the new meerckat enclose which will also be designed for guest encounters too. He also said they have other animals coming soon. With the enclosure the meerkats are currently in, I thought it would suit echidnas. 🤔1 point

Based off what’s been built so far, it definitely seems like a memorial space. And I think it makes sense based off where it’s located too. It’s in a quieter area of the park, some what hidden so it isn’t super obvious and on display to everyone. It isn’t too close to the incident area (because otherwise it could be seen as, this happened here but now we’ve got a massive coaster), but also not too far away that it doesn’t make sense1 point

There are a lot of slide pieces at the back ready for install. Obviously there isn’t a way to tell, but I’d say most (if not all) the pieces have arrived. Concrete continues to be poured for the footings. Work is also being done on the toilet block at the back left1 point
