  1. How did DW ended up with the shitest coasters in the country.? @GoGoBoy I would prefer the Raptor go to a different park but I would like to see one in Australia.
  2. @joz I agree a smidge but disagree a lot. Agree Part: When VRS did the 30 years Celebration I thought it would be a great idea for MW to get a hold of the props and set up some mock sets. Disagree Part: Memorabilia museum is only a very small token of what MW have removed. Village have removed so much relating to movies. From pre-shows to tours to non-DC characters to attractions to shows. I am liking it to if MW removed all their roller coasters and 10 years later they give us a memorabilia museum on coasters and expect us to be happy with it. On another note in case Village hasn’t got the picture yet. Every show Village has replaced at SW/MW has a whole mountain of sux about it! (in case somebody has forgotten)
  3. So many climbs these days and climbs in the suburbs are stupid. (Hey Jimmy I can see your mother dropping the kids off at school from up here) Nothing new. Sorry I just fell asleep while reading this. Not if MW over sell the FastPass again. Looks like SW continues to let us down with this attraction being pushed back. Stuff the spin, overall this update screams Village are currently not willing to spend any real money. Side note: When did James have a head transplant?
  4. The store could have worked but the Jelly Belly store was poorly executed. In reality all it was is a shoebox hidden in a corner lined with wallpaper with some vending machines. Hardly theme park standards.
  5. I don't think you're too far from the mark. Ardent trademarked Main Event in Australia a few years ago.
  6. "Repaint" a word not found in the Dreamworld dictionary.
  7. @GlubboIt hasn’t been a lack of trying but the facts are Sanad don’t have the money to build it.
  8. Thank you for you're research @AlexBbut it was pointless. 😝 1. The door was opened while the ride was traveling fast. 2. The door isn't designed to be opened at high speeds. 3. I believe the hinges twisted. 4. It didn't come in contact with the top of the shed it came into contact with the side of the shed.
  9. @Glubbo I didn't mention they should build a ghost ride in that location. I think people need to breath. For example: What connections could anyone think up between the Monster Ink Scary Train and the accident. Not all ghost trains have ghost in them. A ghost train is only a type of ride.
  10. So DW didn't have Kevil Hill Zombie Evilution last year?????? Ghost stories can have many takes on it.. Ghost could mean anything from Casper the friendly ghost to an invasion of zombies. I"m not suggesting DW haunt their guest with the souls of the people they have killed.
  11. DW has enough spin rides. I'm thinking of 2 different adventures or stories on the one ride.
  12. I think the IP options DW have are lame. I would like DW to build a Ghost Train. If DW had the brains to pull it off you could have a soft and hard option for the ride.
  13. My logic would say it was after John's time. The Demon from Expo didn't open for 3 years at Wonderland after the fun park closed. Even thou the park closed in 89 I believe they didn't sell the rides straight away. Fun fact about the Gravitron while the ride was at Expo it was involved in an accident. The door was ripped off when the operator opened the door at too high of a speed and somehow it made contact with the shed it was in.
  14. Or send him to an early grave. </sarcasm Good read @Roachie
  15. I hear a lot of "I want a decent dark ride" on here but what I don't hear is what is the decent dark ride you want. A dark ride can be anything with a roof over the top. What is the Dark ride that takes your fancy?
  16. You're a backseat moderator. (done) This was put here before the other topic was created.
  17. Taken from Ardent's FY results presentation. "Planning for Water Park expansion and new Dark Ride progressing". At least the idea isn't dead yet but I don't believe DW has put much of their time into this.
  18. Taken from Ardent's FY results presentation. It looks like DW is aiming for a Boxing Day opening. "Flying Theatre attraction (iRide) to be opened in late December 2018; this $15 million attraction will be the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and will showcase Australian landscapes in a breathtaking experience".
  19. 1. Green Lantern has had extended maintenance period? 2. Rivals is about to go down for it's first major maintenance?
