  1. You still haven't told us "why it matters" as a rider of this temp ride.
  2. Locals have a better grip on what's hot and what's not. Not to dissimilar to the NZ migration plan timeline. NZ family holiday on GC and fall in love with it. NZ family move to Monterey Keys GC. NZ family move to Upper Coomera. NZ family Logan City. NZ family move back to NZ. Many locals pay much more to go Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary but are unwilling to pay much less for Paradise Country.
  3. Who's shouting people down? I asked, I wanted to know if people paid to enter. I also stand by this because you have never personally paid the full price to enter yourself. A-to the-Lex-to the-B (thank you @MickeyD) you have never woken up and gone F me, today I'm going to open up my wallet and pay full price to go to Paradise Country. I don't give a flying fadoodle if people go to Paradise Country or not. I didn't think many locals would pay to get in and this is what I wanted confirmed.
  4. How many times have you paid for your family to go @AlexB ? I took my family and thought, I'm glad I didn't pay for this.
  5. So, we all in agree. Paradise Country isn’t worth the entry price.
  6. Do people really pay to get in? Whoever has paid to get into PC can you please raise your hand.
  7. You're all about facts @AlexB. If you want facts, I'll give you some. The first built diesel locomotive in Queensland was in 1939. The final phase of bushranging ended in 1920s. Bawd Brothers couldn't be bushrangers unless they owned a DeLorean.
  8. I try. I try & I try but I can't get my head around Paradise Country. PC have no coaster! I've been told. What's the point of that?
  9. They're not stairs or turbines because you concluded they're "a ground hole driller". Do you often talk to yourself and when did you start?
  10. It's more a theme park than DW is. You got further then me. I'm still stuck on this question.
  11. Hahahahahahaaha, be warned @AlexB I will be using this in the future. NEVER!
  12. Why does it have to come to an end? People like horses. People like beer. People like getting away from the kids. People like going on a date and not having to talk to their partner. WIN WIN WIN WIN.
  13. Dracula's on the GC has been going 33 years now so AOS should be ok.
  14. If they are paying less than the” large and costly attractions"(as you said). That is the cheap option. The smart move would've been to dress it up. They even kept the tacky control booth. Gumbuya World put no thought or effort into this ride which is a huge statement about the direction of the park.
  15. 100% is a crap idea if it's a lazy river. Middle of bloody winter with no more than 10 people riding on a 15-million-dollar attraction. Which makes one think DW will have the option to walk around the enclosures. 15-million-dollar on relocating a croc from one side of the park to the other.
  16. Corroboree is always a long work no matter which way you go. What they should have done is sell DW after they realised how incompetent they are. The problem with that is only a competent person would know that they are incompetent.
  17. Still looks like a dog’s dinner. The problem with going the cheap option is you have now set a precedent and it's easy to go cheap and nasty next time.
