Dreamworld CEO discusses simulator attraction, future roller coasters and competing with Village Roadshow
This is the same Ardent spin that hasn't changed since Ardent purchased DW. "We are going to squeeze every cent out of DW and give very little back” I feel sorry for Craig because I believe if he was given the cash he could turn DW into something great but currently Ardent expect him to perform miracles. I wish Ardent would sell DW to somebody who was interested in theme parks and stop treating it as a cash cow.

Artificial ski park planned for Gold Coast
Latest update. The mini-park is open now for Arrow Tag and coffee, but our main attractions will still need to be built. These feature an airbag ramp, mini ice kart track, and tube sliding. The estimated official opening for the entire Mini Snow Park will be towards the end of November. Our Neveplast equipment is currently somewhere on it's way to us from Italy, so we are hopeful the lovely people in Australian Customs will have it released to us in the coming days! The Mini Snow Park has released pricing. Thanks for everyone who's been following our progress and offering their support as we progress. Our plans to open next week were based on the materials arriving here from Italy this week as it only takes a few days to put everything together and test it all out. Unfortunately, we received news this week that the shipment has been delayed and will take longer than expected to arrive. This not only has pushed our opening back, but we don't have a specific date of arrival now. We are aiming for an opening in early December and will keep everyone posted when we have something certain locked in. Again, sorry if this has caused any problems and thank you for everyone's support so far, we can't wait to see you all on opening weekend. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Dreamworld CEO talks current challenges, improvements and resurrecting the Mine Ride
@Minions! If you have an opinion on something why not say something instead of hiding in a dark ally? Haha, looks like I've upset a couple of DW sheep.

Dreamworld CEO talks current challenges, improvements and resurrecting the Mine Ride
You’re missing the point @themagician. The ride has been down for a year and DW has had a great opportunity to totally revamp the ride. Instead of spending any money on the ride all DW has achieved is making the experience more shit. This is Ardent management all over. “Let’s stick the Vintage cars in the middle of nowhere with nothing to look out”. “Let’s reduce the hours of the Vintage because nobody rides it now”. “We have received all these koalas from the new Coomera Town Centre, I know let’s stick them in the Vintage Cars and call it a new experience”. As for the Mine Ride. Total waste of funds and will not achieve any growth in people coming to DW.

Dreamworld CEO talks current challenges, improvements and resurrecting the Mine Ride
Why suddenly cameras are not good enough for the LogRide? Every other flume ride in the world can sort it out and not have a problem, why can’t DW? Even though the tunnels have been a dog’s breakfast for a long time, DW has once again gone the cheapest option. This is not the DW people want! Spend some bloody money and sort out the mess you have created. You cannot fix this with a bandaid.

Eureka Mountain Mine Ride reopening discussion
Even if you can save it why the hell would you @pushbutton? The ride was crap. After the TTR incident DW shouldn't be staying away from thrill rides they should stay away from in-house rides.

DW keep going and remove this outdated pile of rubble that you want to call a coaster. DW should've bulldozed it instead of wasting their money.

Media writes Fake News about “Abuse” to Tigers at Dreamworld
Why do theme park enthusiasts think they are better than anybody else? I’ve see people from this site laughing at DW predicament and I’ve seen other people like the co-host of Park Chat Live calling people potato heads on DW Facebook site. I haven’t seen one person besides Alexb construct a reasonable argument on DW Facebook page. It’s embarrassing as a community that we act like this. The parks must really laugh at us. If you don’t know how tigers should be looked after and let’s face it, most of us don’t (including me) than we should keep our mouths shut. Just because it’s happens in a theme park doesn’t suddenly make us an expert on tigers.
