I'l be goin over to the US of A mid next year. I'm goin to be doin Camp America all summer long. Then as soon as school starts again i'v got 4 weeks travel time in the US. (plus medical Insurance. Aparently its hella expensive ova there) So i'm hoping to do allot of Park Trottin. I'm hopin to be on the east coast.. Florida baby!!! Screammachine

Hey Andy_q69. I sometimes ask myself that same question. LOL. I was the one wearing the grey and blue shirt with the white collar and soaked from head to toe (DAMM you Snowy River). And if you were sittin at my table I was the one with the plate full of Potato Bake... Hehehehe Come to think of it. I couldnt really put a name to anyones face when we were there??? :confused: Who were the other "strangers". The only people I could clear up was Flea and Richard.... I'm bad with names and faces!! OH yeah and another thing. There was some "wierd" guy walking around in a black and red tracksuit. I saw him talking to all the people working with the sideshows (games)... Did anyone else see this guy??? He literally just walked around the park. Screammachine

Uummmm. Honestly. I have been thinking about it and I came to the horrible conclusion. I dont think that the Wonderland rides would go anywhere. I'd say its their last run. Talking about coaster placement. I agree with Thunder. A coaster just near the wildlife and the log ride wouldnt go down to badly. Oh a flying coaster wouldnt go down to bad I reckon. I mean its got the landscape, and the trees. There is nothing better than a flyin coaster flyin through trees. Look at Air up at Alton Towers. Well thats it from me. Well I might as well put in my 2c..... Well yeah... I had a really good day. I havnt been to the park for over a year, and I could clearly see some big improvements the park has made over the last year.. First mistake do not go out the night before goin to a Themepark. The Bounty's revenge didnt really contribute to the headache I already had! Firstly I would like to say thanks to Flea & Richard for organizing the day for us. (Entrance & Food) Go the Potato BAke!!!!!!!!! Secondly I feel really bad not being around you guys most of the day. The three mates I had with me made it pretty hard, cause they wanted to run off and do their own thing. But apart from that I was really happy meetin the crew. And I had a good day..... Now on to some serious business. The incedent with the bounty's revenge. What happened there. We were on the BB goin up the hill and I saw all of the tubes stuck on the lift hill, and some people in the water. Does any of you guys know what happend. And the story with the doorguy. Did he have trouble opening and closing the door. (Btw we didnt make it to the Zodiac with you guys cause my mate wanted to put away his wallet in his bag which was in one of those lockers, but he forgot his bloody pin code :mad: ) And now on to some funny stuff. We also expierenced some "funny" people in our time. There was diaper lady who changed her babies diaper in the open at the Sunken Ship stage thingy. And she walked around with it hangin open tryin to find a bin! But wait there is more. Expierenced first hand; Demon Girl. I had this girl on the demon who wouldnt move from the front seat after she had her go. I told her to move and this is what she said. "Excuse me, this is my ride. My dad owns this park and I can sit and ride wherever I want." SO I said to her, "well firstly your dad doesnt own the park, my dad does, now #@$% and get out of the seat. She then started a argument that her dad actually ownes the park, I just gave up on her and I went to the op lady and told her this girl had her go but she refuses to leave. Ride op lady saved the day. Screammachine

Just a bit of "not so usefull info"..... My mate won this comp in some magazine where him, and 9 of his mates get to have a buffet luch this Sunday(tomo). With no one else but, Spiderman!!! Ok, cool thanks for that Richard. You jumped ahead of me. I was just about to ask for someones number in case we got stuck somehow Oh yeah. They were asking our TAFE for any volunteer Event students.We could have volunteered in the parade, or the massive dance party afterwards,(with only the worlds best Dj's in it). I didnt really want to be a part of the parade though. I wouldnt have mind to do the dance party though. But i'd choose Wonderland...... Another question on the Meet.... Well, I will be goin to the Mardi Gras with my mates on Sat Night. I went there last year aswell. Its not to bad, and the atmosphere is good. I also go because of the event side of business (event business & marketing student). Shocking to see how bad they manage the whole event. (waste, hygiene etc..) Back on Subject! There will be only three of us attending the park. Two of us will arive at ten. And My other mate will come at 12 after work. So there will be a total of 3. Screammachine

Well me and my mate are definately comin on Sunday... I have another 2 mates coming aswell, but the only thing is they will be coming later around 12. So I take it they wont get the discount at the entry? Dont worry if there is any hassles, cause I'v got a discount coupon. But I wont know till Sat if their coming.... So count 4 peeps for me. Well it has finally sunk in! Sad but true, we are losing our last official ThemePark. What is happening to Sydney???? We are losing all of our main attractions!! The only hope would have been for another company to buy out Wonderland and hopefully, bring the themepark back to life. The main problem was always that Wonderland never had sufficient access to Public Transport, in order to cater for the needs of teenagers from all points of Sydney eg: Sydneys northern beaches etc. Take my situation for example. Driving from the Northern Suburbs to Wonderland Sydney is near an hour & twenty minutes drive! I spoke with my mates about it a few times and this is one solution that we came up with. If Wonderland was to have a Bus that start say at Avalon (Last suburb before Palm Beach), and let it run all stops to DeeWhy (a well populated area) and direct to Wonderland, then I sugest that there would have been a slightly lesser attendance problem than what has been. The kids in the area always complain about getting out there and back and it is a big favour to ask of your parents to drive you out there. Currently organising my last visit to Wonderland Sydney. I will be taking my mates digital camera.... But whats to do about it now! Lets just hope for the best and remember...."You'll always remember Wonderland Sydney" Screammachine

Do I have some good nightclub/bar stories!!! IMG how is this! I went with a few of my mates into the city (syndey) last Sat. night. And we went to this nightclub, after about standing 20min in the que payed our $15 we got in only to have one drink and the power goin off and them shoving people out! How bad management was that. They didnt even want to give me my 15 bucks! Oh come oN!!!!! (dont ask me what the name of the place was as i am shocking with names!) :confused: And anyways, we were at this bar eventually only the girl was a kiwi (no offence!!! ) She could not understand anything I said, but the music was pretty much cranked. Back to story I ask for a kallua and coke, only to get a bourbon and coke. And afterwards asking for a Schmirnoff Ice, getting a breezer! OMG where did you do your bar training sweetheart????? RSL!!!! Thats only a paragraph in my book of BAD BAR EXPIERENCES (BBE)!! Hehehe Screammachine

I dont know if this is true or not. The other day my mates mum told me that when she was a little girl, the Wildmouse had a bit of a accident killing two riders. Apparently the car de-railed and ended up in the water or something. Could anyone confirm this??? Screammachine

Why doesnt Wonderland just put in a Station to Station, Shuttle Monorail. (thats if LWL opens up again!) Wouldnt that be allot faster than a Chairlift, and take more capacity per hour? Screammachine
