The water is an issue because it does not look at all attractive to have a mass of green slimy water sitting in the middle of the park. It especially doesn't help when there is nothing else to look at in that area other than how bad the water looks. It just makes the park look run down and un-loved/un-cared for.

It can't be all that secret when you can see it from the air and the studio was at Dreamworld and it took the evictees <5mins to arrive. Although I do think I remember in the first series they tried to hide it by driving them around the block or something rather that down the path in the golf buggy they do now.

True, personally I want to see a full park makeover in the same way they did OP. I mean repaint everything, tidy up the gardens (even something as simple as new chipbark would do wonders) and then once that's done, give the log ride a bit of a remake. Source? How long is left on the Wiggle contract? Not having kids myself I don't know how relevant they are to today's generation of young kids??

Can't hear it in the 2nd, but the first video I can certainly hear what you're talking about and from memory, that is/was/should be a sound effect they played as you leave the launch (unless it just happens to fit perfectly with the normal ride sounds but I don't think so)

You can't say scooby has gone downhill when it's clear that the park has taken steps to rectify the problem. SE, the effects have been an issue for a while (last time I saw it was FN - no steam, no water, still no smoke upon building "breakthrough" exit) WWF haven't been on in a while so I can't really comment, last time I remember it though there seemed to be limited effects.
