  1. if only seaworld had put some forward thinking into this and removed the sea viper and replaced it with the storm coaster . and then replaced the Bermuda Triangle with a new dark ride . instead of just useing the bermuda site because it was the best space they had in the park at the time .
  2. sea world now has three rollercoasters . there's no need for a forth
  3. anything that's not a rollercoaster ( the gold coast has enoth dam rollercoasters) some flat rides yes but what i would like to see is a new dark ride
  4. funny thing is from 1981 till around 1992 just before they built the wipe out there use to be a building around that area that held giltrap's auto museum . so along with modal t lane and the go cart track that once was under the thunderbolt dreamworld once had a motoring - raceing theme in its early days
  5. sad thing is we all know they don't have the budget to do any of these things
  6. while i know its never going to happen what they need to do is right there infront of them . replace the looney tunes river ride with a brand new well themed looney tunes dark ride . im sure they don't have the budget to do so tho
  7. lets hope its not another roller coaster or attraction themed to DC UNIVERSE
  8. i don't see why there going to base a new attraction on v8 supercars when they have no real long term future the holden vs ford days are over and alot of people have very little interest
  9. was just pointing out that the time frame since the shop was a cartoon network shop was longer then 5 years not meaning to upset anyone was just pointing out the time frame since the shop was a cartoon network cartoon beach shop. not meaning to upset
  10. the kids area opened in 1999 as cartoon network cartoon beach. it was re themed to sesame street beach in 2007 and then again re themed to beach break bay in 2012
  11. but you are right theres not much point takeing your younger kids to seaworld from now untill the september school holidays when the new kids area opens. not alot to keep younger kids happy right now
  12. a new well themed family dark ride on the former seaviper site to replace the bermuda triangle would be a good step
  13. the shop beside the carousel is now also gone
  14. ok i had not read that the conditions on the park had changed im sorry but im still willing to think there will never be any plans for another big dipper - coaster
  15. LPS was taken to court by the neighbours of the park in 1996 due to the noise the big dipper made witch lead to the park been closed down. when the park was given permission to reopen one of the conditions was that the big dipper be removed from the park. i have never heard anything about tho's conditions been changed or there ever been any plans for a new coaster at LPS
  16. LPS will never have another coaster. the BIG DIPPER was removed becouse it made to much noise
  17. anyone with me in thinking the cheap priceing of the vip pass lead to the closure of the bermuda triangle and looney tunes river ride and what looks like a move away from family dark rides due to the lower revenues to maintain them
  18. yes both movie world and dreamworld were so much better in the 1990's
  19. the new kids area will be where the current one stands + some of the reclamed land beside
  20. fair enoth just thort it would be cool since thay have the nickelodeon licence and have used the nickelodeon licence in the kids area at wet and wild sydney i had never taken notice of that theme the kids area has now my bad
  21. a extention and nickelodeon retheme to the kids area would be cool ?
  22. i think the days of doing things in house are over becouse theres no longer parts made in austraila to build and maintain the ride
  23. for me it the over all feel of the parks changed when thay closed the dark rides
