  1. I thought the 'no photos in shop' rule is to stop you from taking a photo of your on-ride photo, but DD doesn't do onride photos so maybe not?
  2. You mean the Mack crates weren't enough of a teaser for now?
  3. Again, stop basing the parks off the quality of rides. Sure, it's a big factor but it's not the only one. DW has experiences that MW doesn't offer and if you would want to compare family experiences you'll find DW is much further ahead.
  4. Still has more variety than a lot of the photos in this thread
  5. MW is ahead in some categories, but DW is still way ahead in others. Take a deeper look at what amazing things they've done recently. Don't judge the parks just because MW has more coasters, there are a lot more things to a theme park then just coasters.
  6. Don't forget they still have a fair bit of room on the left-over thunderbolt land.
  7. Generally if you've pre-purchased your tickets and have a printed copy it's very easy to get in - there's good signage outside every park that'll tell you where to go depending on your type of ticket. First time getting in might take a while to get everything processed, but I believe once you've gotten into one park, you'll be able to get into the other parks really easily (keep in mind that you'll have to do the processing again if you go to a different theme park chain, ie DW/WWW opposed to MW/WnW/SW/PC). If you have any problems, ask the staff out the front.
  8. Exactly the same, just with non-faded paint, everything crack-less and in one piece, and a modern scoring system that actually works.
  9. Wow, amazing what you can miss when your attention is somewhere else. Although it definitely needed to get taken down, and a 'new and improved' version sounds great.
  10. After a long time waiting and being jealous of you all, tickets are finally bought for next weekend
  11. Probably the most basic option, although I'd need more detail to know for sure.
  12. Wow! The mountain looks incredibly clean. I still would've liked a coat of paint to make it look more realistic but it definitely looks a lot better. Great to see Boot Hill isn't gone forever. Fantastic photos as usual @Theme Park Girl
  13. I'm gonna say it I don't like the Doomsday sign Not the statue or the headlines being torn apart, that looks fantastic, but the font they've used for the actual 'Doomsday' text just doesn't seem to work from my perspective. The rest looks amazing .
  14. Last DW rollercoaster was Buzzsaw Last MW rollercoaster was GL (not including Arkham/HWSW of course) Since they opened a few months apart, I was hoping it would be time for a new DW rollercoaster too. That said, DW has gotten a fair bit of smaller stuff over the past few years. I'd say it's going to be at least another 2 years then if they're going to go for a coaster, they'll probably want to concentrate on something for the CGs over these years and a rollercoaster would have to go up next year.
  15. @Theme Park Girl You held those two back just so you could do that, didn't you... ?
  16. Posted on DW's fb page: New island looks great, the tigers seem to love it and so do the staff.
  17. TVs are a fantastic sign - I'm guessing they'll be playing clips on how to get the VR on and calibrated to speed up loading.
  18. I agree with them not creating a path behind scooby until the land there is used, but I'd definitely find it a really useful path regardless of what's back there - getting to Scooby/WWF (and soon DD) from Arkham is a huge pain and a path behind scooby would make it a short walk.
  19. Happy now Brad? I wonder what the hole in the back is for... maybe some special effects?
