Doomsday Destroyer - 2016 Movie World construction

I think the thought that @reanimated35 had about the broken billboard in half sounds likely. Maybe it will have the rides name on it, and a large Doomsday figure smashing between it. -
I don't think it's obvious. Why would they get ride of carpark spaces. And for a ride to be in the carpark, how would you get to it. Yes if part of a coasters track went over the carpark, then it's possible, but I doubt it. They wouldn't want to remove spaces, especially since it can be overflowing in peak times.
-
Why can they just extend the current carpark out. I don't think adding one on the other side of the road is a good idea, and as said, unless they construct a bridge, it isn't the safest option, and is a reasonable distance from the entry gate. I suppose as the park grows and more popular, they will need more parking (which they already do need during Summer), but I don't feel like that space is appropriate.

I didn't notice anything when I visited this morning. -
Nothing exciting happening in the western area, with no sign of the crane either.

Just popped into MW quickly, quite a few works on site, moving materials around. A few guys were behind some of the facades doing work, work happening is ice the shop as well as the exterior. The spear is no where to be seen. -

Don't worry, it bothers me to.

The point of flying over people is a very good point. Despite no loose items allowed on AA, because it doesn't go over people at all, they aren't as strict. At Unviersal Studios Japan, there new coaster, Flying Dinosaur was extremely strict with checking loose items. While lining up they gave a piece of paper telling you about loose items needing to be removed, then they asked you to take your items out of your pockets, and they scanned you using a metal detector, then you would store them in boxes just before you got on the ride. -

That's true, but imagine how much slower the loading process would be. -

I regards to the language, what u lived about Universal Studios and the rides and staff is that despite the language barrier, the ride experience is so great it didn't matter you couldn't understand, because you knew what was happening. An example is when I went on Jaws, the staff were so energetic, you got a sense of what was being said. And the staff spoke to necessary/basic English. I can't imagine they will bring that gate back, if they wanted people to move through the plaza, they put a building there, or a wall, or garden beds. I doubt they'd remove a gate, just to add it back again. From what I've seen when at the park, there is no sign of the fence or gates in that area.

^Yes they have @Theme Park Ninja

I'd highly recommend Japan to anyone. After going for two weeks earlier in the year, it was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. People, cultural, things to do, everything is great. And I've never felt so safe somewhere. Everywhere is clean, most people are kind, someone families should look at going. And despite missing out on visiting Disneyland Tokyo, I did go to Universal Studios Osaka, and it was an amazing day, with awesome rides, atmosphere, and despite it being busy, it still was great. And they've got Harry Potter there. Also things are either cheaper or the same price as what they are here (in Japan that is, Universal Studio is pricing you'd expect). Food and drinks are cheap, good accommodation is of a reasonable price, and transportation there is awesome. I don't know if you've looked into it @Theme Park Girl, but I'd look into going to Japan. -

I think one station for SE would ruin the story of the ride. If it was one station, you leave a station, Superman saves you, and then you return to the same station where the disaster was occurring. Despite it being annoying that you have to pay for a locker if you don't have someone with you to hold your things. I remember it used to be $1 for those lockers. -

Or maybe moved them, because when I last visited I did see the bent steel on the other side of the control room, and they were installing the straight steel (as seen in your photos). -
Yeah I think your right about Billabong, and I'd forgotten about that cafe in ABC. So basically, unless Kai Kai gets one, there aren't any more refurbishments of Cafes happening.
-
Well so far they refurbished/introduced: Grid Burgers, Grern Bean, Ice Cream Parlour, Dough Bros, Sandwich Shop, Churros stand, they've moved the hot dog stand and they are constructing a new cafe in Tiger Island. So they haven't refurbished Kai Kai cafe and Billabong Restraunt. Which I think are fine, so I don't think any more are getting refurbished.

I agree, but in the past year, I think DW is winning now.

Best Way to Experience Gold Coast Rides

The rides I always hold on for are Arkham Asylum, the launch of Superman, JetRescue and the launch of TOT2. Green Lantern is one of my favourites to not hold on with and so is Superman Escape (after the launch). Scooby-Doo I find for the drops I do because there can be quite a jolt at times. -

TailSpin has storage shelving in front of control booth, and GB has storage boxes on the wall. -

But they do have loose item storage for Tail Spin and Giant Drop.
