Just been past Dreamworld, and it seems like today is probably the best crowd levels they’ve had since the incident. The carpark was completely full and overflowing. Cars were parks on the road runnning along the front of the carpark, and anywhere else they could fit

But paying at least $100 a pass per park per year wasn't a rip off before the VIP Pass times? That pricing is still quite generous

That has been on the website all year and is probably just it’s usual maintenance that it goes through at that time every year

@Mc coaster I mentioned it back in December when it first reopened. But as you can see in your photo, they have recently added some theming to the sign. It would be good to see if the cream coloured walls were painted to match and additional theming elements added too.

The park will officially open July 25. There are 29 rides and attractions, and all are now listed on the parks website. But it gets to the point where it becomes overboard, and everything is in bubble wrap and things become less fun or annoying. Most of the changes made at DW already have made some of their rides more annoying than they are worth. So hopefully this stream of in house changes stops. Yes people died, but im sure the chances of something this major ever happening again is very very unlikely. There is being safe and secure, and then there is just being stupid.

I'm not sure how long this has been like this, because MW and SW single day tickets used to be the same price. But now SW is the same price as WnW

Does seem strange though as the Storm did just close for all of Feb and doesn’t usually close again, so maybe this is linked to the removal of VR

I remember the old Toboggan at Wet n Wild and how fast and awesome it was when I was a kid. They had a lift hill, so you didnt have to carry the toboggans up. I vaguely remember how heavy they were, but surprised people had to carry them up at DW.

This building is the Dreamworld Studios, and was used for the crowd during the LIVE shows (eliminations, etc). Large black curtains were hung at the back. The housemates would get a golf buggy ride to this when eliminated. And yes it was quite a walk for guests when the house opened to the public, and you would get to walk through the Blue Lagoon area. Do the people who try to sell/sign you up to stuff at MW just not work on Sunday's or are they not at the park anymore? Because they were no way to be seen, and the umbrellas are removed also.

Signs are out the front saying its in technical rehearsals And as you walk in there is this sign The way the queue line is organised now, with the introduction of the single rider is much simpler and better Most rides had a very short queue this afternoon, but WWF had a massive queue (no time was shown, but the queue nearly went to the entrance) As stated, there has been new concrete added. But the only majorly visible section is at the beginning, as you pass under the staff walkway. None of the screens/projects were working, and there was less sound/music through the Old Faithful and ghost town, and some of the effects in this area still aren't working properly as stated. One thing I did take notice of today, which I havent before is the signage through the lift hill doesnt make any sense at all. It adds theming, and if you don't read them all its good. But I recommend everyone to actually read them (on both sides) next time and you will see what I mean. Some of the things they say include: 'No Entry', 'No Drinking', 'Break area ahead', 'Mine Shaft Entry'. They are very contradictory. Not complaining because it isn't anything major, just a side note.

It's great they did all of that stuff, but a shame they didnt fixed the effects (Unless they have, and it was just today they were having some issues because the road only just reopened). Was the ride open all day and has it officially reopened now, or was it more of a test day? And won't officially reopen until the weekend?
