Another one bites the dust: Adventure World Given the ever-changing nature of this current health crisis and the associated Government advice, we have made the decision for now to temporarily suspend operation of the Park. It is our intention that with time and more detail from the State & Federal Governments, Adventure World will be able to re-open before the end of this Season. Looks like they're planning to re-open before the 27th of April. Time will tell, though.

Given this, please be aware that the performances by magician, Cosentino that were scheduled for 4 - 19 April have now been cancelled. As this event was intended as a large, indoor style gathering where a high number of guests would be seated in close proximity for extended times, we felt it was important to cancel this, given the current environment. The team at Dreamworld would like to assure you that the health and safety of our guests and team members is our number one priority. We would like to reiterate that both Dreamworld and WhiteWater World will remain open at present, as they are currently not included in the proposed government bans on mass gatherings.

@Gold Coast Amusement Force Had a point, they do sell out. But because of the recent coronial findings, and the coronavirus, there was just no chance it would've been a success. The timing for this event was just a poor decision overall imo..

I'm not sure if you're referring to the old tv look of the screen, however, that is only there when the old looney-tunes cartoons are shown. Whenever it's not Looney Tunes, it's just a plain old screen.

Hey all, Was hoping someone would be able to help me.. I'm currently planning a trip to North America, specifically California, Florida and Possibly New York. What are the 'must do' parks in these states, and are there any other places I should consider? I want to get the best experience possible

I think he means the colour of the trains? I personally wouldn't mind the trains keeping their current colour, but a repaint of them too would certainly be refreshing.

Yes, i guess so. Stayed at the resort this weekend and it’s labelled as coming easter. I won’t hold my breath though 🙄

I don’t think even the social media team at MW know what the opening hours are. The whole decision to extend the park trading hours seems so last minute, but it’s good. Also, any reason for the 9-5 trade on the 9th? 🤔

Well i’ll be damned...

Mate, i’ve got no idea where you’re looking but there’s nowhere that says 6pm. As said above, they close the queues relative to the park closing time - so, for example, if the queue is 30 minutes long at 5pm, then the queue will close at around 5pm to get everyone out on time.

Nowhere does it say the park is open until 6pm. Usually they close the queue lines depending on how long the line is in relation to when the parks close (at least that is what has happened every time i have visited).

Looks like Car niv ale is back again. In all seriousness, why doesn’t the sign read Carnivale? Is it something to do with the electrical work underneath? 🤔

They do realise the issues with the ride, right? It seems unusual that they're putting money into some lasers and light effects when the real issues are in the slowest parts of the rides where people are actually paying attention to the theming.

Well, by the looks of things, parts haven’t even arrived yet? It might not be an issue on SeaWorld’s behalf, but rather with Huss? Might be totally off on that, though.
