Agree @MickeyD your flagship, and probably the greatest rollercoaster in the country for the foreseeable future, isn't going to be themed to a bit-part hero or villain that only an avid dc fan would know. It will be a mainstream property to appeal to the masses, advertise more easily and sell more merch. on that conclusion, it's really Joker or nothing unless a very unlikely re-paint occurs.

One of the container doors was open (think TOG mentioned too) and there was 2 pieces of track inside that one. If we're receiving 2 pieces of track per container there's gonna be a hell of a procession of trucks heading down...

Pink is definitely not Wonder Woman, that colour is not linked to her at all. its gotta either be a Joker Coaster and the part itself is more purple than pink, and there will be green sections to come with it... or .... i have nothing...

I wonder if the AA lift hill climb is accessible as part of the star tour if it's raining, as predicted pretty much every day for the next 2 weeks. Hope so for you sake @GC Theme Parks but the OHS hat on my head says "let's just show them inside JL instead..."

Important to note @GC Theme Parks, that VTP has not be withholding Sunday penalty rates. There EBA stated that there is no penalty rates for workers, as has been a long stance. Workers were not entitled to these, so therefore they were not withheld. That they may change that stance and their EBA in the future due to concerns of the union or feedback from their staff is another matter. The agreement to payback staff the difference to the award for the past 18 or so months is also a more token gesture to get the union off their back. If their EBA clearly states the pay rates, And was approved (which it has to have been to be in place) then nothing they have done is illegal.

Where is this admission you speak of? That's a pretty big claim and would lead to extreme fines (multi million dollar) and sanctions for management (potential imprisonment). It would also be a leading newstory. proof to your claim would be appreciated @GC Theme Parks

In salaried positioned penalties are included in the makeup of your annual salary. I don't get paid extra whether I work every public holiday or none, work past midnight everyday or never, that's the life of a salaried worker as opposed to a wages paid employee

Depends on the award and if the company has an EBA. When I was managing an entertainment venue, I was amazed when I was hired that the EBA that frontline non-management staff operated under gave them no penalty rates at all (no Sundays, not even public holidays)

Sticking to a timeline me thinks. If it was built last week, they'd not have anything to do underneath it this week anyways....

If they need to basically re-do the entire ride system then there is no excuse not to go all out and go through with the long rumoured & oft-spoken idea for the Worlds Largest Churro. The new gondolas can be themed as globs of caramel falling/dripping down the side, in fact That would almost be the most coherent ride theming in the park....

I heard they were overturned and undercooked maybe we should have a protest....

Something must have been going on for the wait to be that long. Unless the queue was down past Tiger Island. I don't think I've waited over an hour for ToT in a decade
