Ohh god yes they did. It's been a long time coming. 

Multiple instances, some even making the news, due to guest items dropping into working parts of the ride. Some even caused considerable damage. 

The other thing always was, scooby is filthy. Probably the worst ride in the park. It's a combination of being inside, and when you combine drive tyres wearing, brake material wearing AND GUESTS TIPPING/SPILLING DRINKS AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE (pro tip, its usually vomit. haha), it really made it a nasty place to be. The amount of foul smelling, usually purple (for some reason) goo that would attach itself to you without you realising it was enough to want to scrub yourself clean everytime. 

Think of scooby like a big St Bernard dog. They brush past you and leave a trail of slobber without you even knowing it. Next minute, its on your clothes, its in your hair, you might even get some of it in your mouth! 😂 🤮

I like a good pin.  MW sell some sets but nothing for SD.
Coins are also very collectible.

 

I know some people collect coffee cups but for me, they take up room.

I see they have plush's again, but they did have a large park branded Pillowpet last time, and personally, i'd love some proper statues or dioramas.

The first thing I was told during my High Zone training "Do NOT touch the handrails" and holy crap they were not wrong. Your hands would look blacker than a chimney sweep within moments. I'd even tell guests during evacuations to avoid holding them and let me guide you haha.

It was even worse when the lights came on. Don't even get me started about the smells haha, and as for the purple goo... I blame the concoction of the blue and red frozen cokes and fairy floss for that one lol. As far as the smell goes... it wasn't just guests who might have vomited in that area haha. I know a few staff who were a bit hung over after a xmas party... or other staff party who didn't handle the heat too well haha.

So many good memories of that warehouse, and some not so good lol.
