As of 5pm 3rd March, the Village Roadshow Theme Parks have confirmed all of their venues will be closed from Wednesday to Friday (at this stage), in preparation for Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

Love all the people whinging on social media about the closures who would be the exact same people complaining about rides being closed if the park opened but the outdoor rides were closed due to 150km wind gusts.

Best thing that they could get would be management by Miral group.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary have announced they’re opening a new permanent nighttime experience called “Astra Lumina”. It’s essentially a walkthrough multimedia show with various lighting installations and projections around the property.
