As a employee of the Park I wont say anything that could affect my job. But will tell you rides and attractions or anything new are not decided by WVTP but instead WB in Burbank California everything goes though these guys now a days, but the future looks okay as we have had some visits lately from a few big groups from overseas with great reports. But thats all I will say as I love my job plus all employees of WVTP sign in there contracts that we can not say too much or risk termination. In other news I can tell you in 2003 Dreamworld had more attendance with 60% local queenslanders so they are doing there job as a AMUSMENT PARK where MW made more money and profit then DW by alot, so they are doing there job as a THEME PARK.

I do just havent had a chance to put up as Ive been on a 8 day week at MW working plus doing some web sites for staff members and dvds "I need to clone myself"

I love the humor on that site JOZ As for Dreamworlds next project it will most likely be the Gryo Swing, Why do you say simple. Nick land whick came to Dreamworld is also at Paramounts parks in the USA. Boomerang Bay which is the New thing For the Paramount Parks in the USA and has Aussie (Gold Coast) names for some of the rides. And finally PKI in OHIO has a Gryo Swing so it would make sense that we got one. If Dreamworld Doesnt have a relationship with Paramount then Im a flying pig. P.S Thunderbolt has all gone now except loops photos soon.

yeah we are doing 8 weeks and still wont get all parks done. the 6, 7 and 8 week will will get all of Orlando, Vegas and Anaheim done. but the first 5 weeks which will be the road trip part will have 15 parks plus Niagara falls , NYC and DC.

^ no because me and Rich are actual friends and adults. Im in this business for fun Thats why I work at Movieworld to make the guest love theme parks im not in this for money. I have no problem with Total Thrills posting updates on my boards and I know Rich has no problem with myself posting stuff about the parks on his boards. The only thing I hate out there is sites that go on to others message boards and trying to take the members to there own boards. Ian

can we put crash test dummies on the ride to you know people we would love to see fly. on a serious note just talked to one of my high up sources at work wbmw and he says dreamworld already payed for the new things they are getting, so it looks like Demon wont be appearing anytime soon. but as you know anything can happen so we will wait and see.

daniel are you really Elvis Dreamworld havent bought Demon. After being at Dreamworld today and watching Thunderbolt getting destroyed my face lit up with a smile from end to end at the pleasure of the carnage. So I got on the phone rang Wonderland and Bought Demon myself so it will be getting drop off at my place and I will have my own destroying Party you are all welcome but you must bring a axe or sledge hammer to get in.

what planet are you from. boomerang are crap in 1990 they were cool not now, A supended boomerang (invertigo) or a De Javu now thats a different story. Also im Glad Warner village parks has no intrests shows they only care about new attractions not second hand ones thank god.

As belgian said Its a Dark Ride like Pirates of the Caribean at Disneyland you wouldnt really class it a flume ride.

the whole TOT system is outdated because it was some what of a 1st same with STE at SFMM they are now old boring version of the new systems out there eg Xcellerator, Storm Runner, California Screamin which can all run in the rain unlike TOT and STE which close when it rains.

A lot of parks are in costcutting mode world wide a shame really. Anyway WNW had a record summer this year with massive attendance every day and on a lot of those days beating every other park in Australia, so popularaty is not the question. I guess alot of the budget has gone into Paradise Country relocation, Shark Bay and Seaworlds next ride.

What I will be following is (1) where the rides will be going. or (2) if it will be redeveloped under a new ownership and opened as a new name down the road. As Sydney has a 4 million population they need a park.

back to topic on monday the week just gone while at work I rode Scobby Doo in the afternoon and it was walk on. The parks quiet at moment bt hot its been like 40 deg past 2 days and even thou down in NSW and VIC its been 40 the humidity is higher up here so its sticky, Monday is the busiest day but you will be fine, make sure you check out the Matrix stunt show at 1:20pm on main st the wire stuff rocks.

when I went last year I went with JAL and got the one night free at the airport hotel. The next day we were really lucky because the LA flight is one of the last to leave unlike the europe and other american desternation which leave early in the day. So my flight was 6pm which aloud me to check out the Narita temples and local shopping mall that day.

Its going out the back where the land clearing is in my last dreamworld update I did on my site. It makes a perfect postcard for the gift shops. Swinging ride up over water with resturant in background and maybe train going past.
