    There are a couple of environmental requirements/issues council did seek further information on. (council being council) Interesting new site layout.

    A few weeks the application was ready to be voted on by council. The council meet monthly and I haven't checked when it will be listed on the agenda.

    I have no problems in tearing it down. DW exhibits they are short on crust, so I was only trying to save DW a few bucks. You would make that area work better by removing it.

    2nd cheapest option. A non-sucking option, so it's still worth taking a photo is something like what DW have done with the car, as you enter Rivertown. A garden in front of it. A wishing well pond, the fire truck sits in. (you could even have Kenny on a hose).

    I have no problem with DW protecting themselves, it just looks DW went with the cheapest option. If you believe parents aren't as attentive to their kids theses days, you should have grown up in the 80's. Kids can't even climb trees today, without falling out of them.

    My original idea was for a shared food outlet but what made me explore other ideas was that I cannot remember the last time I have seen any food outlet in that area open. As part of WWW relaunch, that area of DW really needs some life injected into it.

    People are paddling up the wrong creek if they believe children will be fried because they are wet, or people will be entering the arcade dripping wet. The arcade is not at the end of a water slide. As long as DW has had an arcade, DW have had rides that soak you and an internal water park. Also, when there was a gate between the park, people could enter DW in their swimmers and enter the arcade. The current arcade is accurately currently, 90% skill testers. Somebody being damp shooting hoops or playing air hocky isn’t an accident waiting to happen. Having a shared arcade accomplishes 2 things. 1. The arcade creates a gateway between the parks which require no extra staff to man because the people staffing the arcade can manage the movement of guest between the parks. 2. Having a shared arcade means if you have you have 1000 guest in WWW you have 1000 chances, somebody wants to pay to shoot hoops that you didn’t have before. And the kicker is, your not paying for extra staff, for WWW to generate more 💰. WWW strongest plus it had over WnW was the ability to travel between the parks with ease. DW has killed this off and I’m spitballing ideas to get the gate open. If somebody has a better way for DW to become accessible to WWW with ease. Speak up. I would love to hear them.

    Greg talked about DW had to take it's medicine and now it's WWW turn. It will be interesting what WWW end up turfing out. What I believe should be on WWW to do list. 1. Cave of Waves theming requires a face-lift. 2. Wedgie taken to the tip. 3. Provide a map for guest. 4. Provide a stand alone web page. 5. Re-install DW gate. 6. Arcade shared with DW. 7. New precinct incorporating a lazy river with new slides feeding into the lazy river. (swim up bar for the adults😉)

    Sounds like WWW is going to end up with less attractions then it currently has. Time will tell.

    @Cactus_Matt You can easily reach roof from the back seat. I have also seen kids swing from the roof of the Model-T. The fire truck isn't high (the kids play equipment across the the road, is higher without safety barriers) instead of DW rushing off to Bunnings and buying the cheapest/ugliest fence they could find, making the Fire Truck safe, could be achieved.

    The closing of the thoroughfare between the parks has been mentioned before. (and we all agree, it sucks) The gate was original located in the Flowrider shop which made sense, because the staff of the shop would let you through. DW have since created a dead area at the back of the park, which have created challenges with accessing WWW from DW. DW had a staff member on a gate to check passes. DW removed staff member and DW & WWW became one park. DW went back to staffing the gate. DW locked the gate. If the arcade was moved to the thoroughfare location, where guest from DW & WWW could utilise the arcade and the staff of the arcade, could control the movement between the parks, this might work.

    There was a fair amount of lights not working, DW might be changing, to a light, that is more reliable or cheaper to replace when it stops working.

    Instead of having one train waiting for the train in the station to be loaded, you now have 2 trains waiting. Sounds like a great idea @Dean Barnett
