Also, yay! In the email that's come around yesterday from MW asking guests to complete a survey on FN, they've included one of my photos

I would assume it would take at minimum 2, maximum 4 to operate with 1-2 people per station? I don't remember ever seeing more than 1 per station though.

While it would be nice to see the report and see what happened, I'm just happy they're able to open it again and don't have to modify it in a big way or close it down for good.

Personally I'll never fly anyone other than Virgin/V Australia if I can avoid it. Always found them to have the best service and quality.

Seaworlds New Kids Area Announced

So rather than the profits going to the park and allowing them to invest in future development, you'd rather have it go to some outsourced company so the park reaps no benefit? -

Ah right, you said you were going for the first time, sorry. Yeah, the carpark has always been a clusterfuck trying to leave. It's been that way every event. I guess not enough people complain for them to really do anything about it. There's obviously going to be a pretty decent cost involved in having TC at that hour, but it is something the park should look at. There's no point trying to leave until around 2330 unless you go at 2130 / 2200 while the event is still on. They had TC there on the 24th before the event, but they didn't do much apart from tell you to turn right when you could really only turn right anyway.

Don't most of us go to FN expecting the wait in the carpark? Normal journey home for me is > Leave park around 2230 > Sit in car talking and reviewing the evening's photos > Leave carpark around 2330 > Dinner at maccas stapylton around 0000. > Home around 0045 / 0100 Side note - maybe it's the time of day but the #mwfrightnights tag seems to be dying and I've still got a heap of photos to post

How do we know that 3rd one?

Eureka Mountain Mine Ride reopening discussion

> We don't know for sure that's the reason > No shit > As above > As above > You mean we can't just walk through a wall now? > They aren't neglecting it. They're trying to open it. It can't be done overnight, this kind of this takes time and there's always going to be other things that pop up needing priority, currently that's the motorsport area and a decent chunk of money going to that. > Have you even read this thread? -
mate of mine who's been there with me getting photos each night confirmed that there was at least 5 of mmine displayed on screen last night

Are we talking about the same park? Main entry station could be closed off with a temp relocation of (is it still animal adventures in there?) that building it's next to. Then you've got 1 pole on the water's edge - not impacting anything. 1 Pole in the water resulting in a temp closure of that walkway for maybe 2 days? 1 pole (based on google maps) near a dolphin pool which shouldn't result in any impact to guests apart from a small path area being closed off. 1 pole near the log ride station - time it with the maint for log ride and you've got little to no impact. 1 pole just outside the second station - not sure how it fits in with storm but shouldn't be too hard to remove in a day or so. Final station building should be pretty much on its own still isn't it?

I have absolutely no idea. I'm sitting in my hotel in Melbourne currently so had to miss out on tonight's event. Doubt they'd tell me they were going to do it anyway?

Maybe someone pooped their pants. Does that rate it a little higher?
