  1. So glad we got to ride them a few weeks ago for the last time, they hold lots of childhood memories and it’s sad to see them go. In saying that can’t wait to ride the new slides in the future!
  2. Does anyone have the latest nearmap image of this park? I looked on google earth and they don't even have the Perfect Storm in the latest. I thought I could see some construction going on from the chairlift when I was there back in February.
  3. IMO the lazy river at Wet n Wild Sydney is just horrible! no theming whatsoever and I scraped a big chunk of skin off my toe on a vent thing on the bottom. It just didn't do anything for us but warm us up a bit on a cold day!
  4. So i'm working at Woolworths scanning 30 items per minute average and standing for hours on end can I sue them also for wrist and ankle problems lol
  5. I didn't get to go this year for SDA union half price ticket day but it was a great day last year!! ( we went to Big Splash instead and I'll tell you the twister slide still packs a punch)...
  6. I personally think Bombora was the best slide on that tower. I had been on Funnelweb at Jamberoo so T5 was pretty much the same and tantrum we got stuck coming out of the first funnel and had to rock the raft to get moving again, so that kind of ruined it for me! Make sure you give the aquatube on the 2 person raft tower a go, it is surprisingly fast!
  7. I went in March and the lines weren't too bad. It started raining at about 1pm and the place cleared out, no lines for anything!
  8. I read on a news site that it was the administration building.
  9. I'm going on the 2nd of March, SDA union half price ticket day. Hopefully get a go on everything as we have a 4 hour drive to and from Sydney!
  10. My son is 5 years old and 120cm so it would cost us a fortune to go!
  11. umm Pretty sure he is talking about Sydney RWC...
  12. When did Ton O Fun at Tuncurry close? It was open last school holidays when I was up there.
  13. If I recall correctly , it was only a few months ago Wonderland History found out about the location of the Space Probe and are still waiting for pictures from their source in Kuala Lumpur.
  14. My son is 5 1/2 and is big for his age also but he is only about 120cm, he was too short to go on Funnelweb at Jamberoo a couple of months ago. Most rides he has to go on with me or his Dad.
  15. My 5 year old was not allowed on as he did not meet the height requirement. There was an attendant at the bottom of the stairs with a measuring stick. I agree with you about going down backwards as my belly felt a bit strange for a while afterwards lol.
  16. But I had it as far as it would go, so I think it was just buggered. Have never had that problem before.
  17. Last time I went my toboggan wouldn't even go. I spent half the track pulling myself along on the sides of the track. It sucked!
  18. We went 3 years ago on a week day in February. It was a quite cool day and there would have been no more than 15 or 20 people there.
  19. I was going to go on the 16th but they are having a big Mardi Gras thing that day so I am presuming it will be really busy. We are now going to go on the 23rd instead.
  20. I won some tickets so I'm thinking we will go down for a weekend in February to try out the Funnelweb! Hopefully it won't be too packed then!
  21. It says on AAF the Fear coaster is for sale.
  22. The new Ghostrider movie comes out next month , I think that would be a pretty cool theme!
