  1. MDMC would be a good for it. Maybe next year we will see a refurb on the ride, and they could introduce the system then.
  2. I class causal smart as Either some jeans or pants, and a nice shirt, or collard t-shirt. Something you'd wear if you were going out for a nice meal. I doubt that would have a major effect on your chances. If they ask are you always availed, or have any holidays planned mention it. Otherwise I wouldn't bother about it.
  3. I did a group interview a couple of years ago for both MW and DW. I'd recommend smart casual clothes. Basically for the group interview they have a couple of people at a table being interviewed at once. They ask each person the same questions, and ask the general questions, availability, experience, a little about you, how close you live to the park, and maybe be given a scenario and how you'd handle it (don't stress, it isn't difficult). Be positive, smile on your face, and show confidence and you should do alight. Good luck.
  4. WWF isn't open for FN, and I doubt they'd open the are for access to the area, when there is access from other points. But I'm assuming @Theme Park Ninja knows that it's going to be accessed from AA from the Star Tour.
  5. I don't know if people already know, but how will the new buildings for the new mazes will be accessed during FN. I'm thinking that it would either be via Villains Unleahed (depending on if there is still access through that back left corner) or AA. I feel like AA would be the smartest option, through the gate in the corner (next to SDSC). If so, I think the courtyard space of AA would make a great scare precinct.
  6. I'd say once the testing of the Co2 is done then they'll put something over the white sections, as done here:
  7. There was plenty of movement happening in the area today:
  8. The grass has not grown, and the fencing has been removed:
  9. There last updates for the GC were back in May, and Perth's last update was in June. But here is what you asked for: MW: DW: AW:
  10. ^But why would they only just release an image of the ride with the jets all the way around, and then a week later in installation only have two?
  11. Thanks TPG. This ring in my opinion is definitely going to add that extra touch to the ride. After seeing the ring on other versions of the ride, I thought it was going to be pointless for DD, but now I'm happy they are putting it in. The shop is looking really good now, particularly with the windows now in, and I love the effect they've added with brick crumbling away at the front. And with those small slabs at the exit of the ride, do people think maybe they will add a couple of figures of the super Villian's? Maybe that pipe will provide a water effect, or a light or movement element to the character?
  12. I think that way would be unfair. Having people walk up to the enterance, ready to ride, and a staff member says, sorry you can't ride it because you don't have this pass. If they did the way I said by letting them into the park early, then when the park opens at 10, the ride can be open to the public. And just do this during its soft opening.
  13. http://www.goldcoastbulletin.com.au/lifestyle/new-roller-coaster-hotel-and-lakeside-attraction-planned-for-movie-world/news-story/9e19ae24ce65872c5898781504b833fa I'm fairly sure this has been posted on here before, but can't remember, so thought I'd post just in case. I'm assuming that carpark fronting the road is that small gravel section just to the right of the road leading to AOS. So my thoughts now are that the TopGolf will go alongside the entrance road to MW, the hotel to the left at the front. And the coaster in the swap area.
  14. ^Yeah, I didn't think it would be anything major, maybe they've put it there to let the dead grass grow a little.
  15. Some fencing has appeared out the front of MW (Photo: TPSN):
  16. I think MW is a really good park, but for a day trip or to go somewhere with family/friends I'd choose DW. Especially if they are visiting from overseas. DW is much more of a full round package.
  17. Nickelodeon Land did have delays during construction and the GL were complaining it wasn't open in time for the beginning of holidays, so they didn't delay its opening even more. I wonder how they'd go about only allowing Premier & Elite members to experience the area first. Could it just mean that they let these pass holders into the park early, and they have access to Villains Unleashed area?
