  1. Not sure how long this has been back in place, but the propellor for Storm has been reinstalled But it’s only being held in place by a chain
  2. Some more angles of the coaster slab It appears that all the timber for coaster has arrived and is waiting in the carpark “Theming” ”More theming” Gardening on site today doing their job There are also a couple TVs in the queue area
  3. JR undergoing some major work And Boots Banana Boogie has gone temporarily
  4. @Tim Dasco I’ve had a look and the last updates for both of them were back in March/April so there are no noticeable changes at either parks
  5. The carpark and some areas in the park regularly flood when there has been as much rain as we’ve had over the weekend. And with only a quarter of the park open and only a few dozen guests visiting when it’s sunny, it just isn’t worth them opening
  6. At the DW LEGO Store, the pick a brick wall has reopened. You have to go to the service counter to get your buck and gloves, you then go back to the counter, pass them the bucket and put your glove in a bin. They also have DW merch available for sale
  7. July 25 Visit Trip Report Went to MW this morning for my first more extensive visit where I went on a couple rides (because that’s all that was open) With it being a very rainy day, the park was almost empty. The longest queue was for DC Rivals at 10 minutes. Scooby and JL was a walk on. If a normal amount of rides were open, every ride would have probably been a walk on the whole day. The amount of staff they have on for each attraction and at the entry to stores is great. They are really making sure there aren’t too many people in a store. The trains/seats were being wiped down after every ride. For Scooby, they were wiping them at the exit and again before any boarded. Here’s a look at how the queue area currently is The ride itself hasn’t changed that much since last year, things still not working, timing really off. The disco room is still great, but that’s about it. Access to AA is still open down the alleyway, but it’s a dead end because SE is closed So in total today, there were 9 rides open. That means that SW almost has more rides operating
  8. Since they reopened, he is no longer joining the JL
  9. Halloween Horror Nights at both parks in the US has been cancelled. And Disney’s Halloween event has now also been cancelled for both coasts
  10. That would be an awesome attraction for MW and perfect to replace AA
  11. Jet Rescues reopening has been pushed back
  12. Maybe KFC really stands for Kentucky Fried Chips?
  13. Something else I noticed as I went past WnW. There were only a couple dozen cars in the carpark. WnW is definitely running at lost right now. I’m surprised they just didn’t wait until the September holidays to reopen
  14. @GoGoBoy I agree, but let’s be real, we aren’t getting anything like this though
  15. When I was at the park this morning, GL is looking really good with its fresh repaint, but I did notice there is once area of the track that wasn't completed (This is an older photo, I'm just using it to highlight the park I'm talking about)
  16. Went to MW this morning. Great to be back and it was very busy. Greater by signage everywhere, including the one shown below and to download the app. Crowds seemed to be hit and miss when moving through the park, as shown below Queue markers on the floor for rides that are expected to have overflows and markings for scheduled shows (such as the western one are in place) There was constant roaming entertainment and characters were positioned at points to ensure they would be kept at a safe difference from guests While the markings for the queues are there and staff are trying their best to make sure people keep their distance, a lot of people weren't listening or paying attention (which is expected unfortunately). Hand sanitiser was at the entrance to the park (It's a foot pedal to activate), outside bathrooms, stores and exits to every ride. It seemed there were more cleaning staff too. While there is around 6 attractions closed, all rides had decent wait times. Scooby was 80 minutes, Rivals was 60 and the rest were 60 or just under. GENERAL PARK UPDATE As mentioned, there is a new food option at the western area, Santa Fe Dogtown. The food looked pretty good and not bad pricing either for theme park food. One thing I also noticed was all food outlets had A frame menus at the start of the queue, I assume to help people make the decision before they get to the counter. And with Virtual Queuing something the park is pushing, the signage outside all rides has been updated to include fast track and virtual queuing
  17. Nothing, but all the maintenance for MW this year has been posted in here
  18. DW removed theirs and now MWs is closed all year, I wonder if they are having similar issues and may end up removing it
  19. When I visited a couple years ago, Flying Dinosaur was less than a week old and these were the queue times Thankfully, I somehow managed to get a Fast Pass which included the coaster. Still my number 1 favourite coaster
  20. @Gazza 100% agree. They’ve gone to the effort of all these curves and then BAM... box I also wish they’d do something about the back of the shed so it wasn’t such an eye sore
