Come to think of it, the Looney Tunes River Ride is down indefinitely too. Perhaps WVTP have something against dark rides.

I went on this today for the first time. I didn't realise the scales were mandatory, but the lifeguard didn't say anything when I walked straight past them. And I kinda have to side with the OP here, although I didn't bleed my back did get sore and while watching others come down at least one person from each group complained about their back after getting up, both male and female.

Wasn't Looney Toons closed only a few months back for scheduled maintenance? You wouldn't think they'd bother doing that only to permanently close it soon after.

Do you actually have any proof of that aside from coincidence?

Went on Bermuda today for the first time ever, was down for maintenance last month when I visited. Not sure if anything was fixed going by what condition the ride was in according to the comments here - half the UFO lights up then simply turns off, the backwards room appears to work like it should (at least to this newbie), and there seems to be no effects for the volcano, even the rope lights are off (but visible).

Going to Dreamworld in a couple of weeks for the first time in over 10 years (the Wipeout was new when I was there last), so I thought I'd check to see what rides would be closed. Which this one still is, nearly five months later. Bit disheartening as it was one of the rides I missed out on going on last time. The Thunder River Rapids Ride will be closed too, which I loved last time. Ah well, at least all the big thrill ones will be open...
