  1. Thoughts: It's extremely unlikely this will be anything other than DC themed, considering the location. Upcoming DC movies in order until 2020: Wonder Woman, Justice League (Part 1), The Flash, Aquaman, Shazam, Justice League (Part 2), Cyborg. Sure the DC rides are comic based, not movie or tv based, but I expect it to be from one of the above, unless this ride is a Villain, with entrance from the DC Villains area. Wondering if the size of the footprint have turned people off considering Mack building an extended/unique spinner such as Cobra's Curse. Are people not giving a second Mack elevator in MW a consideration? Guess we're thinking of a longer train.. Cyborg themed spinner? (I'm just posting this so rappa can have a laugh.)
  2. ...to be clear, the Beta will start for anyone who's pre-bought, be it Early Bird or Thrillseeker. The full game goes live just one week later.
  3. This isn't a P-plater's dinged-up car we're talking about here. If any of a coaster's poles is damaged the ride is taken offline until it's certified safe again by the park, manufacturer and probably local authorities. I wouldn't be surprised if they replace the whole thing as a precaution, which would involve the track being dismantled in the area the pole supports. ...but we're tangenting here.
  4. I've been watching Uthris' Renaissance Fair and Sivarret's Fantasy Valley (especially the Asian area, as the game has no Asian theme yet!).
  5. Can you provide more information please? Where did this come to you from? "From Mack" - they made the rumour up?
  6. That Storm pic is great - the Adults are the most scared.
  7. I think so. What element is in Mack's repertoire regarding dive loops, hammerheads or Immelmanns? I see the out-and-back nature of this coaster now. Any chance it'll go over the swamp near GL?
  8. Be patient Ryande - people will post pics as they take them. Us asking won't suddenly remind them to post them.
  9. Hulk's first half is awesome, the inclined launch powerful and well themed. I mean, it is my avatar. From memory someone on here has ridden it 40 times...? Just to throw the Joker card into the mix, dueling coasters have been ruled out, right? /S
  10. Yeah I'm a big Star Wars fan, and know a few cosplayers who do it every year, but have never been to the event. Maybe next year. Also, if people are ashholes on this forum and are annoying you, remember: http://www.parkz.com.au/forums/ignore/
  11. I think some people in this thread are getting the Big Brother House and "Eviction" Stage/Auditorium mixed up. They're separated by a few hundred metres. External developments are apparently going to resume the BB House site. The Stage/Auditorium site is land that DW can demolish and either extend Gold Rush, or add a new themed area into.
  12. So the construction thread comments about the floor not dropping (from abundance of bodies) may still be correct?
  13. ...how about an announcement of an announcement date?
  14. Surprisingly, Dream World and the 501st have come to terms for the Star Wars Charity weekend again next year, albeit later in the usual month: 27-28 May. All reports were that the co-operation was over.
  15. Will VRTP put as much effort into this thing as DC Villains area, or will all the dough go into the ride itself, such as Green Lantern?
  16. *Golf clap* ...won't always be a carpark. Remember that the township has to link into the park at either Big Brother or Vintage Cars.
  17. Amazing that they did that. The chain has been shopped out of the pics. Front-on pic easiest to see, look at the reflection in the wet sand at bottom right, the chain is still visible. I wonder if they've done this with other cubs before?
  18. I think the sign suits the comic theme perfectly. See? (Thanks to @Theme Park Girl for the pic)
  19. I agree with @GoGoBoy, the font used on the sign is spot on (for a COMIC theme). RideOps in LexCorp uniforms - Hey, we *do* get topiary plants! Alright, I can call it Centennial Park now.
