Pretty sure that's exactly what I just said.

You wouldn't fall out, it wasn't violent enough. But you would get thrown around like crazy.

This project is major in scale. Just look at how gutted the show building is and how much excavation is going on. If this attraction is to feature a dark ride component I can easily see a 9-12 month construction period.

Each to their own. Some people hate music videos. So maybe you'd prefer it to music but others may not.

These days I would class something like Tornado as generic because everyone seems to be putting them in. Some actually unique slides at ANY of the parks would be nice, rather than variations on the same damn thing. Just look at some of the cool themed slides WnW florida does for an example of being less generic.

Best ride like this I've ever seen was the very large Sea Deamon and then Endevour at Wonderland where you rode standing with next to no restraint! Was awesome.

Really? I myself have bigger concerns in life as to what the tag line after a ride is. And if that's all we can pick the park on their probably doing ok for themselves- 778 replies

It's probably more to do with the fact that the finer details of a large scale project such as this can be quite fluid this far out.

Indeed ^

Sure speculate but don't start arguments bases purely on speculation. There is nothing enjoyable about that (well unless you're one of those people that likes starting arguments for fun but personally I don't want those kinds of members here).

Oh god we have no idea what the attraction even is. Why are we debating that we don't know why they are getting it or where it will fit?

Its fine, if it needed changing a mod would have done so.

$500 million China theme park in Australia, NSW
rappa replied to mattcrombie's topic in Theme Park Discussion
Wrong RWC, do we have to have a wiki debate again? It's not a 50 50 joint venture. Trust me AHL own and operate the Event Cinemas chain. My best friend is in Cinemas management so I'm not just talking out of my ass. But I'm not going to argue this here because I just don't care that much. -

Greater union is a subsidiary of the AHL group and not owned by Village or Village Roadshow. -
Really can't be bothered arguing with you Alex. It's always the same with you so what's the point.
-
Yep especially with underground pump rooms and the like the slides themselves make virtually no noise. It's the punters themselves that contribute the most.

Agree with Joz, this is a SEA WORLD THREAD. Seriously people must have better things to do with their time than mess up wiki articles.

Like I said I wasn't putting any opinion into my statement and wasn't being defensive. To me your 'rumour' posting seemed to imply an insult. No I had nothing to do with the lighting installation and in your original post you said main street lights. Not park wide. And I state again the main street lights are without doubt the neatest they've ever been and I have photos to show this. I feel you didn't like aspects of the night and then starting finding other things to pick on. I know people who do work on the install read this stuff and if I were them I'd be pretty upset to read such comments after they worked so hard.
-
Okay Alex I'm going to take you task here, completely objective and stating fact free from opinion. Firstly what crap, the story about entertainment case is a load of bullshit. There are heaps of ADDITIONAL performers but that's it. As for the lights, really??? The installation is much neater and with way more attention to detail than last years. The designs are also the same as last year so NFI what you're basing your comments on.

She flies all the way from one end of the street (well the covered part) to the other. I've never got the 'leaving early to beat traffic' thing. You go to an event, concert, whatever, surely you want to see all of it rather than miss probably the best part just for the sake of some saved time at the end of the night.

Programming is a bit sloppy on the lights.

It was actually the same when Bermuda was being built.

There goes Disney again staying true to Walts vision of a place where patents don't sit on a bench whilst their kids are entertained.
