  1. They wouldn’t have spent money on a repaint if there was any plans for closure.

  2. I feel like many 'schoolies' will probably still attend as normal. The lack of organised events just means they'll probably wreak havoc elsewhere. Just my opinion.

  3. Gah well that sucks. Still not great reading that page, Superman will do a lot to make park seem less dead when they can get it going. You can forgive a lot more being closed in a park that has Rivals and Superman open.

  4. To compete with VRTP in the short to mid term IE 3-5 years they need to build the following to remain competitive in my opinion on top of the current roller coaster; Another major coaster after this one (thrilling) One major flat ride (Thrilling and high quality) A major family ride (ideally water based) A high quality family/ kids based dark ride

  5. I swear dreamworld has just lost its magic, There are little to none rides for adult's and teens and more children rides remain as so many rides have closed for example Tower of terror II, Rocky hollow log ride, Wipeout, FlowRider, Big red car rides like what's next shockwave or sidewinder? Honest opinions dreamworld should after the multi-launch coaster opens invest in way more rides to keep attendance up and personally, if White Water World is seasonal push it back until March-April for a closing date it's still quite warm in those months

  7. BRC was still popular. As recently as the last operational holidays, it had 40min + queues basically from open to close. It was easily the most popular ride in ABC kids World, and the most immersive and experience driven. The issue isn’t that they are closing it, the issue is they are bullshitting everyone with some lame excuse regarding popularity, when the truth is they’ve let the thing rot without any basic upkeep for 4-5 years and it likely deteriorated to point where keeping it operating was a burden on them time & cost wise. They are closing the best and most popular ride in the precinct without any plans for a replacement (The presentation was void of any mention of the previous mooted expansion of ABC Kids World).

  10. I feel like they could paint the area around WWW in time for the September opening because the last time I checked the maintenance page it has shown that all slides will be open in time for its reopening but you know maintenance pages change all the time but the ride hopes to open on the 9th of October
