VRS Holdings Pty Ltd took City of Gold Coast to court to resolve the overflow carpark. Earlier this week the appeal was resolved in favour of the development of the proposed carpark by Movie World on their Kopps Road property. The Court Order regarding the appeal is available on line, however the changes from what was initially proposed include:- - concessions regarding the number of bays (774 now 663); - Sound attenuation - pedestrian bridge access (required before use commencement). - improved landscaping, fencing and signage conditions. - security, lighting and hours of operation. Ultimately after several Alternative Dispute Resolution meetings (and experts providing advice) there were insufficient grounds remaining for the City to successfully defend its refusal.

If I learnt anything from slick’s video, it's dolphins are underworked and could easily fit in a couple of ferry shifts between shows. I for one would pay 10 bucks for a ride a dolphin to my hotel and for the heavy-set people you could strap 2 together and charge 20 bucks. In all seriousness, If I hadn’t been to SW before I would be reluctant to purchase a return pass that required me to leave SW early. But, but, but being a person who been before and knowing what we know, I couldn’t spend 6.5 hours in SW so for me the times are too far apart.

No ferry services to SW and all of a sudden by the end of 2019 there could be 3. 1. Sea World Ferry Service. 2. Gold Coast City Ferries. 3. Gold Coast City Council Ferry trial. Who will survive?
