The theater that is not used for storage can be accessed through a door from china town or a fire exit in Scooby que if I remember correctly. Also if my memory is correct Scooby's outdoor/overflow que remains from the Gremlins ride.

Yes one of the theaters does remain, from my understanding it is used for training ect. (have been inside during a Tourism excursion a few years back)

When you are looking at the train in question and maintenance staff are there to answer queries I wouldn't exactly consider it inappropriate It is!

The restraints are just like a car seat belt, no different at all. Yes, the old rolling stock/wheel bogies are being reused for the new train. I also have confirmed the 85km/h speed is correct. The concept images I was shown have the attraction staff dressed as inmates rather than guards/psychiatrists.

Whilst the dilapidated building is currently being taken down the structure remains and will be utilised well in the new ride.

I am not getting tired of the DC themes, but I do think once the BATR replacement is open and that side of the park is purely DC they should focus on the rest of the park/away from DC

At the moment it is not so much the ride triggering the audio as it is the audio not bring turned on to start for whatever reason (you can see it on the back of the car)

Well Arkham/Lethal retheme definitely, doubt they will annonce any details on BATR replacement.

In regards to the Lair being closed I wouldn't read into it too much it has been closed previously when it is quiet.

As I mentioned in the Lethal thread a survey was done with in park guests late last year detailing this ride to be a shooting dark ride themed to DC Comics.

MattCrombie is on the money.... A survey even circulated to in park guests at one point late last year showing concept art...

I cannot wait to ride the Dronkey Flyers.... In all seriousness it sound great and more impressive than I originally expected, also good to hear "Kung Fu Panda land" will feature some new attractions.

Great find, interesting to see that the council was first contacted in January 2010. It is a shame to see these plans appear to be scrapped, I think they do need a walkway or at least a path to WNW to/from MW.
