I was happy to ignore the jolts but people I rode with and other people on the ride with me had mentioned that the random jerking seemed a bit weird.

Push: Why do people keep complaining that I say stupid things? Also Push: Constantly posts stupid comments, continuing the beat the horse that was already dead and buried and has now completely decayed.

It's a very neat addition for Dreamworld. If you go in knowing it's a cheaper soarin, then it's a wonderful ride. There are moments where the gondola is very shakey and jerky. The excess wind being blown in does cause the screen to blow around a bit sometimes and the smaller, awkward screen size is very apparent in certain seats. But overall, I did really enjoy it and can see myself re-riding it many times in the future. I could go a lot deeper into it but I'd rather let everyone else experience it for themselves and form their own opinions of what they like and don't like about the ride.

Or did it return upside down in the middle of the carpark?

That wheel feels like it just goes on forever

I remember when it was "do you want to go to SW or MW" because both offered a decent mix of rides that catered to everyone. I took my nephew to SW a couple days ago and he loved it because of the parks focus on families. When I took him to MW about a month ago. We left pretty early because the rides weren't that rideable for a 118cm 7 year old and he was afraid of the roaming characters.

Probably an e-stop y'know, since seats require energy to open the circuit and release the harnesses and e-stops are supposed to remove all energy from the ride

Freak the absolute shit out the PETA and JFC, Take it out to the shore and blow it up like it's an actual whale carcass.

Even if they don't stick to the master plan. It's direction. More direction than they currently have. If people see they are trying and actually have a roadmap, that's all they need to get back in the running for these medals that @Skeeta is apparently now handing out

My favourite part is that you can so clearly see what words she is saying after it. It just makes it so much better

How so? They installed safety fences at a rail crossing, they are actively repainting their rides and performing maintenance on their water rides during this winter and they left a sticker on the ground from an event that technically ended a few days ago, but it's still technically winter, so the photo ops are at least still relevant

You can tell kids things are bad all you want, they haven't developed that little voice in their head yet that says "oh, maybe this is a bad idea and I'll get railed for doing it" The only way to approach kids about these sort of things is to try and make them understand right and wrong actions by conveying it in a way that relates the situation back to how they would feel if they were on the other end.

That's disappointing

I want the tiny microphone to be a thing. Any time there is a huge announcement, it should be marked by bringing out the worlds smallest microphone

The entire ride was off throughout summer recently

I'm still confident that Greg actually owns the Hyper and that we'll see him back up his car and tow it up the M1 to Dreamworld any day now

Weren't all of the kids released back to their parents to be dealt with because they were even too young to be covered by the youth justice act?
