  1. yeah out of the people I know who are enthusiast or enthusiast leaning, Giant Drop is universally the only ride that you couldn't bet everyone in the group had been on - and some still refuse to this day.

  2. Giant drop outward seat. The height is utterly terrifing. It’s definitely the scariest ride I have done

  4. The giant drop wins for me i have to agree Aswell that it is the most terrifying ride in Australia makes rivals look tame.

  5. Mega looper is the generally accepted term for arrows large looping coasters though. It’s the term that YouTubers have been using for years. Tomato toomato

  6. Hair Raiser by a mile. The drop is genuinely terrifying, is instant (and most people never know when it comes) and made Giant Drop look like a family ride by comparison. Batwing is fine, but the shot isn’t that special. Inferno is like a giant frog hopper. If only hair raiser was a bit taller

  7. Who says? RCDB lists them all as a "Custom Looping Coaster" https://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=2&mo=8301 You cant just say "GC is the tallest, but actually its not because I'm arbitrarily disqualifying all comparable rides" 🤡

  8. I assume he means to put a loose article briefing video (a la Sky Voyager) in the hallway between the end of the queue & the beginning of the station (glass doors), and have that play while the train in the station is being loaded, as to not waste time having ride ops manually call out the briefing inside the station. May be wrong, though. Also, why are the ride ops manually doing the briefing in the first place? There's already a themed voiceover for it in the station, why would they not be using that?

  9. I'd argue this shares more similarities to "John Longhurst's Dreamworld" than the current iteration of the Vintage Car Ride, seeing as it is once again located in Rivertown, adjacent to the river of which it's name is derived. Yeah, it's a shame for supernerds that the vehicles will no longer be 'genuine' Model T replicas, but to everyone else they'll be good enough, and the downside of not being 'genuine' also leads to countless upsides (larger cars, better accessibility, reduced repair costs, reduced operating costs, reduced fumes, etc.).
