  1. Yellow track pieces for Flash have shown up on sight, with scaffolding now going up around the rides loading platforms. Here are also some more HD photos of the current vertical support and how close they get to Superman. The kinetic energy as well as the appearance of this area once Flash and WoO are done will be amazing. Theme_park_ogre

  2. Another support is up and there’s a fair bit of scaffolding around the ride platform. The supports for the other side were sitting around their base so if I had to guess, they’ll go up shortly too.

  3. I think it is actually @Ogre on here who is the one doing the updates. And yes, he should be congratulated on his work.

  6. While that may be the case, it wasn't always that way. Village has plenty of room to construct a maintenance facility elsewhere - a soundstage intended to be part of the park's footprint shouldn't be occupied by back of house purposes for convenience if it prevents the park from future growth.

  7. It’s the diagram for their 4-across variant of their ‘Lightning’ train… …the one intended for their SRII competitor, the Double Heart. As for “Food for thought”, I believe he’s suggesting the use of the 4-across variant over the 2-across one that was unveiled alongside the first known accelerator conversion (the train posted by Rivals, black & pink on yellow track) to boost TTD’s capacity. If that was the intention, then entertaining the idea (and disregarding that it’s very unlikely for the track gauges to match), having 120+mph in your face with no zero car sounds like torture for the front row.

  8. Or an indoor boat ride/flume like a modern version of ltrr. Something thats reasonably high capacity and eats through crowds. I would have said something like studio tour would fit but it makes no sense putting that next to road runner and I don’t see jds going anywhere it seems to be popular, plus half of the building is used for storage so need to consider where everything in there goes too
