  1. I'm going to be the one to say the 26th. Because opening earlier would be the smart thing to do and they're the same guys that thought a good replacement to the Wipeout would be more shaded seating.
  2. WHAT? No manequins of '66 Adam West doing the Batusi? I second the idea that Batnips must be on display. Hell, Clooney's local at the moment, he should pop down there.
  3. I just broke my controller pressing X to doubt. Even as someone who literally lives in boardshorts and has an annual pass, i feel no compulsion to go next door. I line up for an hour, hit the bottom in seconds, dry off lining up, rinse and repeat. IMHO theres only 1 reason worth going there for and its only theming is coloured tubes and angry eyes on a shade cloth. Water rides in dry parks should have 2 objectives- cool you off in some degree and break up your day. anything past that is a bonus and normally a drawcard. I'd love to see WWF at DW, it would tick the 2 boxes and more, on the other hand that ride style shouldnt go into a waterpark for obvious reasons. Are you also saying WWF should close cause WnW is a carpark away? In summer the parks lines are going to blow out, more so with any social distancing requirements that remain post Dec 17. A water ride in that park is nessecary cause people are going to be in lines all day and you need something to cool off and break up the day, especially when your only indoor attraction now is only 10 mins tops of 22°C air. Hardly enough to cool down in for those from the south.
  4. Reptar and Cyclone are still solid additions for what they are and when they were made. Reptar and Cyclone are still solid additions for what they are and when they were made.
  5. But they do have a wildlife park in David Fleay's.
  6. If we're lucky, it'll have a spinning seat too.
  7. Heres your backstory https://deadline.com/2021/03/pepe-le-pew-space-jam-2-new-york-times-rape-culture-controversy-1234708688/
  8. Their animal animatronics are better than their dinosaurs which in turn are better than both parks bipeds.
  9. You think that matters to them? It's America. They're more than happy to move to goal posts just to give them a win.
  10. They try to claim it on the basis of "it opened for passholder previews first, and that still counts".
  11. Fuck all with the cash injection they got and the vaccine rollout opening the idea of bubbles. Ardents market cap is over 300 million, so yes while a big hit, they also have numerous other business' from bowling to Hypoxi to inject any additional funding that may be needed.
  12. You may fountain him, but he's not wrong. I can also guarantee at least 1 6pm news show will go off on a tangent for at least 30 seconds to properly remind people of the incident.
  13. The public will be fine. It's the media that'll kick up a stink. I can guarantee that whenever ST is on the news this year, TRRR will be brought up.
  14. To add to what Alex said, Featherdale is just down the road too. And it alone is the 1 wildlife park that every tour group goes to despite making Piss Weak World look like Disneyland and having both Taronga and WLS in the dead centre of the city. Hell, heading down the highway, it would also be a shorter trip to just go to Auburn Gardens.
  15. The USJ site is a bit scarce on how it works. Is that premium tier also a chicken or steak scenario?
  16. The Corroboree loop has been open for a while. It was like that when i went on the 12th last month.
