    In all seriousness the safety in our parks is amazing but sometimes over the top, we can’t have a themed fence and expect everyone to be on their best behaviour, now we result to this black chain fence. Our regulations imo are over the top, same outside of theme parks. To many rules and regs in life.

    Must of had some leftover prison fence from Wizard of Oz precinct, question is why though? Maybe an incident happened?

    the thing with only opening Friday-Sunday, we will end up with the shit show that is Movieworld and their operations, which imo would happen because they would be relying on younger staff/new causal hire to only work the 3 days instead of having staff that have been there many years working a full weekly shift. Just my opinion

    The latest Theme Park Ogre video on YouTube, batwing was down, fotww was down only 1 train operating on Kansas Twister. A lot of the comments are stating the same thing, Movieworld have lost the plot. I won’t be renewing my families 5 passes until something major happens in regards to management. The park is terrible. The IP choice was wrong imo also, executed terribly. Night and day difference to Dreamworld.

    Agree, pretty lacklustre, but I suppose them keeping the tower was a cost saving option, hence why we have just body slides

    Greg young was just interviewed on Danes Theme Park Life once again, they are wanting a non thrill ride for White water world, good podcast, imo sounding like the lazy river as he mentioned through put etc

    It’s a shame Indy was closed and amazing ride, as Brad said, Flying Dinosaur is hands down the most extreme coaster I’ve been on. Japan is a beautiful place can’t wait to go again. I think Epic Universe is on our to do list in a couple of years.

    Having done both, single train ops is awesome, longer ride experience. But either is great, just a fun ride altogether.

    We went last Monday, only 1 working. And yes the staff are miserable, something drastically has to change in the management. Night and day difference in regards to the theme park down the road with attitude etc

    I have to agree with you, they need to up it a bit. Say $129 renewal? I know people will complain, but the offering is great at the moment with more too come

    Also noticed yesterday on the way to the Spit, Trident had ropes all secured around the tower id imagine to secure it? Couldn’t get a photo as I was driving

    Looks like the theme parks could be closed Saturday and maybe Sunday with the latest projection maps of the cyclone stalling a bit, looking at a Saturday morning crossing now

    I’m a roofer, and follow over 10 storm chasers,weather experts. We are close to this being quite a significant event. We are used to floods but not wind of this pace. Yes we had the Xmas storm but this is different

    We won’t be renewing. Family of 5, been too Movieworld twice, Dreamworld over 20 times. Until Movieworld can improve their ride ops, vastly improve the park and feel of the parks then we will continue to support Dreamworld over Village
