  1. I thought it could be that one because when I looked at the graphics it was the only piece that connected to the track flat but I just looked at another one from a different angle and it’s the same as the supports so I’m probably wrong.
  2. Oh ok I didn’t know that I thought it was owned by them. So after looking at the the supports in @Jdude95 photos and the concept art I think that these pieces start to make up the spike.
  3. Yeah I get what you mean and your absolutely right sure but aren't there multiple empty concrete pads right behind and around the construction site such as the former amphitheater, the spots were things have been filled in/demolished around the blue lagoon area and correct if I’m wrong but i’m pretty sure there is a large gravel carpark back there.
  4. I think if there were no plans for construction to start soon or close to when the park opens they wouldn’t be unloading the things they needs for footings separately from the columns, much closer to the site let alone in carpark spaces so close to the main entrance. I assume if it wasn’t starting soon they would have kept everything all together backstage.
  5. Here is my opinion on what may/should happen it’s not based on any evidence and I don’t know to much about how the the contracts and stuff work so take everything I say with a grain of salt. I think that dreamworld has obviously put in quite a bit of money (At least deposit possibly quite a bit more) into the coaster already and from looking at other Mack coaster timelines and from what I’ve heard from here I believe that most if not all of the track and supports have already been manufactured in Germany and parts of the coaster may have already been shipped out to here. So at this point in time I think it would be a major loss for both dreamworld and Mack to cancel or postpone the attraction for too long. So I believe that if any parts or track have been shipped out they will still arrive at dreamworld and be stored and what hasn’t will be kept at the factory until everything starts to open back up again or payments resume whatever they agree on. Payment wise I think from memory that DCR was on a lease so I don’t see why Mack and Ardent couldn’t figure something out especially considering the current situation. Again I think it’ll be a loss for Mack and dreamworld if this was to get canceled so I think that they will do as much as the can for the coaster to go through ASAP.
  6. I know that I’m talking about when it does open I would rather them wait a bit and include it rather then open without. I think it’s definitely going to happen it’s just a matter of when otherwise why would they update the concept art.
  7. Wow that looks amazing. Hopefully this is a good sign that the project is still on and hasn’t been canceled or postponed for to long. The landscaping here definitely makes it look much cooler I really hope that they don’t skip out on it and the rock work as well as I think that it will make a huge difference in the experience and make it so much better. It’ll also be pretty cool if they do go ahead with the pathways under the coaster as it will give some amazing views.
  8. I read that and my mouth literally fell open. That now leaves only DLP open and I’m sure they will close soon since they have had 3 staff already test positive. When that happens it will be the first time since their existence that the world has went without a Disney park open. Also seeing as Mulan and a few other movies dates have been pushed back dark times are ahead for the Disney.
  9. In the situation I am taking about their was a grouper, control both op and 2 other ops on loading but it still was very slow whereas Superman, Green Lantern and SDSC all had fast moving lines.
  10. The last time I went to MW the dispatches were quite pathetic for DCR I timed how long it took from when the train hit the brake till it reentered the station and it took 4 and a half minutes. Including the ride time it took about 6 mins to dispatch and this wasn’t once off it was consistently taking that long. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day but from what I experienced it was very slow.
  11. After seeing those plans I thought I had recognised that colour scheme before and after doing some digging I found one with it on the proslide website. I’m not sure where it is located though. So this is basically what were gonna get.
  12. It is an effect on the ride but it was definitely enhanced for the add.
  13. Here is a POV of the ride portion. I have no words. I am just blown away.
  14. Wow I didn’t even realise that was supposed to be blue I thought it was green.
  15. ^ At 1:14 It seems like they are using the trolls entrance sign for fully 6 signage. Great that they are reusing it instead of just throwing it away.
  16. I’m pretty sure that model is of Shredder (spinning coaster) and TMNT Shellraiser (Takabisha clone) that recently opened up in Nickelodeon Universe in the American Dream mall.
  17. Whirlwind has now officially opened. I found a few pics of their Facebook page. Looks like a fun slide. I’m going to try get out there later in the season and give it a ride.
  18. Thanks for the heads up @JamesBowler. As I was looking at SW website it seems to confirm the price rise for the 1st of December.
  19. Hey @Skeeta firstly I rarely negatively react on people posts. If that was a intended as a joke then i’ll happily remove my reaction but if you really mean that (which is why I reacted that way) it stays because to me that’s just not very nice. Sure he did something wrong a while ago but he has apologised and I am assuming that he has learnt his lesson. Correct me if I’m wrong but as I’m aware he was banned from dreamworld for a while and that was eventually lifted and he was forgiven so why can’t we leave him alone. Again I have no problem with a joke but to me that just was a little bit rude.
  20. If I didn’t know any better and looked at that photo I would have thought it was taken at an abandoned amusement park.
