Really wish you’d remove that signature Push.. it’s beyond annoying. I’m not aware of any of this style of attraction that offers multiple ride programs and shows concurrently so I severely doubt you’ll find it happen with the DW incarnation. It will be the same format/theme for at least a few years imo.. that hardly hampers the experience if done well though.. BA:TR didn’t change for several years and it remained popular and re-rideable (well at least the original version)

Whilst it’s lifespan is certainly closer to an end than it’s beginning, in my opinion, it can’t even be a consideration until there are 3-4 strong additions to the park. Do you remove the tower and lose GD too? Or just the track? We’re talking about a park that had intentions on reopening a decade-long closed attraction if it’s was at all possible. TOT2 won’t be going anywhere until it literally can’t make it out the tunnel anymore...

That may be true, but DCA has a lot more going for it that DW. TOT2 still holds the longest lines consistently in the park - partially due to a terrible capacity - but also because it’s a unique attraction to the park. Whilst it bisects a large portion of the park, it doesn’t particularly encroach on the area being redeveloped, the removal of the track wouldn’t really provide enough land for a substantial or equally unique attraction in its place either due to the elevation and layout

Whilst I like IP themed attractions, to put it simply a HTTYD themed flying ride would be a disjustice to the ride. This ride needs to not only appeal to all, it needs to have longevity. HTTYD is a fairly weak movie/tv series, and doesn’t hold a following outside of its target audience. This is one occasion where a generic Australiana theme is perfect for the attraction type.

@RobMac So your answer to returning the park to success is to remove their signature ride in TOT2 and another family ride in MDMC? That is stupidity.

From a tact standpoint any haunted theme ride in the park, let alone in the vicinity of TRR, would be a bad step and likely receive negative publicity.

The maze of elevated pathways is due to be removed. In what manner I am not sure, but would like mean at the minimum a new external queue line and entrance for GD

It’s been begging to be removed for 12 years!!

There an article in GCB about it and potential objections which was just posted online. unfortunately it’s behind a paywall and New Ltd must be smartening up as even using my regular google search trip it still won’t let me open it - maybe someone else will have some more luck...
