I think a lot of them are just facilities for hobbyists and they offset the cost by offering train rides on the first Sunday of the month or whatever. Maybe the idea is a disgruntled ex member of one of those clubs who wants his own?

So looking at the plans it has -Minature Railways -Maze -Jumping Castle -Cubby Houses -Splash Park -Carousel -Adventure Playground Sounds like something for very young children.

I guess my criticism is that its a Warner Bros. theme but it just looks like a standard international hotel aside from some photos of movie stars on the walls.

Bruh DW and SW had water parks for most of their history in parallel with the log rides. Heck even SW the old slides were on the same castle as the flume ride. Not everyone wants to muck around getting into swimmers, sometimes its just fun to ride in boat.

With the space for the element I would have done a zero g stall like on Taiga. 0:40 mark
