  1. Past hour
  2. Quite a funny little jab at MovieWorld within the King Claw theming, a ferry departure sign stating Village Road is closed for maintenance. 😂 seen it on Themepark Ogres video, also technical rehearsal signs are within the ride envelope. We could be riding very soon
  3. Today
  4. King Claw will feature metal detectors as guest board the ride to ensure no one has any loose items in their pockets. There is a storage carousel for all loose articles, which rotates to keep the flow of loading and unloading as efficient as possible.
  5. I'm not sure - but given it has individual harnesses, each one would need to be checked, wouldn't it?
  6. Spy Chase Stunt Show is an RCT-worthy title. But it looks like an improvement, hopefully enough burning rubber is retained to entertain the bogans.
  7. Did Road Runner increase throughput when its trains were replaced?
  8. It's impossible to be worst than HSD2 and MW bringing back Mad Mike has raised my expectations for the show.
  9. a different name would’ve been better, but the show overall already looks a lot better than HSD2. let’s hope they don’t disappoint.
  10. Nice to see that short promo video already having more stunts then HWSD2 had by the end of it's life.
  11. Little promo video at https://movieworld.com.au/attractions/spy-chase-stunt-show
  12. Are MW & SW having a competition on who can come up with the dumbest name?
  13. Reckon they could have thought up a more inventive name, but as long as the show is good…
  14. Due to guest feedback, this attraction will be operating in at half capacity shit wrong A-frame. Due to guest feedback, we have replaced this attraction with shaded seating bingo!
  15. I saw it about a week before ending, there seemed to be more than usual - maybe 8 or 9 dolphins there. Hard to believe this is actual approved copy.
  16. Yesterday
  17. I thought SD has a new control and braking system and MW have also added more plus new vehicles. @Leviwon't face the same issues but I can see SD having teething issues.
  18. On the website there’s a section titled ‘meet the dolphins’ and there are only 3. I haven’t seen the dolphin show in at least a decade, but didn’t there used to be up to 10? How many were there in the final Affinity shows?

  20. They can always stick individual seatbelts on it that have to be done up by an operator...
  21. If they're keeping it in the events centre, then they need to fast track the removal of Gold Coaster so that end of the park can be entirely cut off. Closing it down for months is ridiculous. I hadn't seen the stats on the show, so had no idea how successful it was. I think it's too early to call it a 'massive success' as the show is only 10 days in. Ratings for 'new' shows tend to spike at the beginning while everyone watches to figure out whether it's worth continuing to watch. The real success will be how many people tune into the Finale. The house will definitely be open for tours after the season. It's one of the biggest plums Dreamworld gets for hosting the show and increases park attendance overall. I think it's a given that they'll figure out a more permanent solution for live shows if they plan to continue \ renew for multiple seasons.
