  1. The full episode used to be there but it's gone now. This clip shows great footage of the Looney Tune River Ride. The episode aired the Saturday night before Movie World's grand opening the following Monday. This ad was shown during the commercial breaks. https://youtu.be/KKZj25tYFfA
  2. Motorcoaster needs to go. Maybe a jungle themed log ride could replace it.
  3. Creature Cruise is seen in this ad. It wasn't that great and got even worse when it became Creature Walk!
  4. According to the news story the coaster is replacing the "Log Ride" which closed recently. False news since it replaces the Thunder River Rapids not the Log Ride.
  5. Just saw an ad on tv that said Vortex is opening this summer so as long as it's open by February 29 it is still on schedule.
  6. I don't think they don't use the amphitheatre anymore. I always thought they should clean it up and use it for Wiggles shows etc instead of setting up a stage in the middle of Main Street blocking the main pathways.
  7. Dreamworld's ride page still has it "Coming this Summer" SkyVoyager is not in the site map which still has Thunder River Rapids listed. (leads to a deleted page)
  8. Dreamworld can be Australia's best theme park. All it needs is a decent operator. The longer Ardent own it the worse it gets making it cost more to restore the park.
  9. I thought the empty raft came from the holding pen which moved onto the track when the water level droped. I'm sure the rope was still attached to the raft in the accident picture.
  10. It did have videos once and I think ride photos as well.
  11. Still says opening Summer on the website so they have less than 2 weeks until it's officially delayed.
  12. I love how they say to go to another outlet when Parkway is the only one open to the public.
  13. My point is Dreamworld have a section for animals. Animals exhibits don't belong in a water park. The koala enclosure in the middle of vintage cars looks crap.
  14. Sounds good except for "wildlife watching" for White Water World. If I want to watch wildlife I'd go to Dreamworld.
  15. @pushbutton Is the path behind Gold Rush still closed? Yesterday there were 2 staff members (one on each end) telling guests to take the long detour even though there still was access via the pathway and the staff were using it
  16. I didn't go. Just saying that too many people go to the White Christmas event which causes massive traffic jams.
  17. The bus I was on from Dreamworld to Helensvale station took an hour this evening due to a massive amount of people trying to get into Movie World. They need more nights and less people to avoid overcrowding and massive traffic jams.
  18. Also it's great that the river is clean. Guests were having a great time watching the turtles, hopefully they can keep it clean unlike the waterslides at White Water World which are covered in bird poop.
  19. In the photo with the train above it is stopped at the station. There is lots of room if it was to overshoot to stop before the crossing. Main Street doesn't have a boom gate just some fences in the middle of the pathway that don't close off.
  20. My point of the train crossing is the boom gate should not close until the "train" is ready to depart, not when arriving at the station. Especially when it is a main pathway. That path behind old gold rush should be open. They had a staff member on both sides telling you to go the long way around. There was absolutely nothing blocking the pathway which was in 1 peace. There was construction fences on the side so no way a guest can go into the construction zone.
  21. Dreamworld still have a Gold Rush Country sign even though most of it is gone. Also you can't walk on this path due to construction. "It isn't safe" yet staff are allowed and there is a construction barrier. Also this train gate almost hit guest when the train stops way before at the station. Exhibition Centre out of place in a theme park Lazy river
  22. Today's update. Sails are now up.
