Yeah, however I don't think it's really needed. It's more a pain to do ups As it's hard to do up yourself due to the bulky OTSR the ride has. Abyss doesn't have any belts for it's OTSR.

Dreamworld are not the only ones making these changes. Adventure world has added seat belts to Black Widow. One staff member also told me that life guards have to operate the buccaneer battles now. Seems the government might be making some new restrictions and requirements on rides.

I don't hire lockers at adventure world. Just leave my valuables by a tree in a bag. Never had anything happen. Only hire a locker when I bring my good camera.

So AW have finally released the add that was removed earlier. However the original animated bit a the beginning has been removed sadly. But its still a great add.

This should be what the news headlines should say.

The great Escape slides were made in the early 90s/late 80s. Does anyone know if there is any twister slides left in Australia or was that the last one?

So the people who filmed AW by drone have uploaded a video of them with shots at both AW & the Maze. Also found a HD POV video of Goliath.

Hopfully a soaring attraction. That would be a great attraction for them to get.

@themagician I think another reason why they are not going for the thrill market as they know how costly it would be for them to compete with movie world. So they are going a different route.

That said video. Note they said all the 9 big thrill rides will be online in the next month. That sound promising.

Keep in mind attractions come with a 30 year life average from manufactures. So DC Rivals might not even be around then

@Brad2912 I believe mark was an executive at Merlin entertainment and he is now currently the CEO of Bounce Inc.

Keep in mind they plan to open another 8 centres around Australia in the future. So this won't be the only one. I gather they want to make Top Golf like Bowling.

MW won't be getting a new ride next year. They just built a massive Hypercoaster and need to see a return on investment before building another attraction. Plus Sea World needs more attractions. Both Sea World and WNW need some love before MW gets its next big thing. Remember MW got 2 new rides in 2 years. That's some major capital there.

I have said it before and will say it agian. Don't move into a house near a theme park and complain about lights and noise. Unless they have been there since before the park was built they have no reason to complain.

Hopfully they do it on the other side. This side seems a bit pointless facing the water tank.

@XxMrYoshixX A few good points you made. Ever since Steve Stirich brought the park in the early 2000s they have built new ride after new ride. (Keep in mind a large chunk of the team was there before Mark joined including Andrew) From 2000 we got Rampage and in 2002 we got Power Surge. Then in 2003 we got kids cove phase one and phase 2 in 2004. In 2006 we got the Aqua racer followed by shotgun in 2008. Then it goes to your list above. You need to remember the decision to spend money comes from the board which the owners are on and its not just the CEO's choice. Adventure World is a different park from others judging by my talks at the Park with Ross (The GM) He said the parks strategy is long term and fluid. From rumours I have heard that MI-4 is still coming in 2019. I personally believe that will be in the form of a lazy river and then hopefully in 2021 a nice family coaster for MI-5. Keep in mind there is a lot of room at the front of the park now. Its pretty doubtful the park will ever go the way of second hand attraction due to whats happened with Inferno. (I have been stuck on that ride 2 times in a month )
