  1. It’s been like that for a while, but it still states they’re closed under the attraction information
  2. The building is still there, but it hasn’t operated as a restaurant since Covid, maybe even a year or two before that. And the Gold Coaster/Hot Wheels/Cyclone has always been drawn like that
  3. Dreamworld have updated the printable park map on their website. Adding the grids and adding the list of attraction with height requirements and small description is good to see and should be very helpful for guests.
  4. Buccaneer Bay was mostly a completely new development for this area of the park. The toboggans were removed and the area was replaced by the tipping bucket/play structure. The remaining shallow pool area was roughly where the old kids play area was, but I don’t think it ever had a theme, other than having a volcano
  5. I remember this area too. It had the volcano with a couple small slides coming from it, the mushroom fountains and a few other things in a shallow body of water. This was the only photo online I could find that sort of shows it
  6. Until the next image update it’s hard to exactly know what’s happening here, but it could be related to the additional of 2000 solar panels.
  7. According to the councils website, this is the land Dreamworld owns
  8. I believe those markings are from two years ago when the park reopened after Covid, and then have also been used for the parks busy periods (ie the crazy summer crowds just had) because the attractions physical queue isn’t big enough to handle the crowd levels
  9. Delaying the reopening to 2025 is surprising, but with the ride already closed for a couple weeks now, maybe upon inspections the ride needs more work than expected. Maybe more track pieces need to be replaced and Mack has to try fit that into their schedule.
  10. We thought that 10 years ago, but then they went and built two coasters in the carpark. There’s (almost) always more space, just depends on the type of attraction
  11. The Madagascar sign has been removed. Work is happening to the bridge. And the boats are temporarily unavailable while these works happen And here’s a look at the progress of the ball pit and stage
  12. It’s only been closed for a week before the carousel has already reopened with its new theme. I suspect it may close again at some point to allow for some final works to be compete.
  13. The theming is the exact same as it was when it was Gingy’s Glider. Other than the removal of Gingy. There was no mention of the ride on the information walls at the start of the area, so maybe it’s retiring this year.
  14. I absolutely do! And I apologise I missed your post, I will try to be better.
  15. Superman is closed for maintenance from tomorrow until late March. Could we see the construction happen during this time?
  16. It’s great to see the park is being so transparent about what’s happening and what’s to come. And it’s great they’ve put effort into the banners on the construction fencing too.
  17. The park confirm the Escape Coaster is a temporary name and it will be Kenny’s Forest Flyer. They also confirm the Carousel and Ball Pits names on the website (which we already knew), but the other flat ride names are yet to be confirmed
  18. Dronkey Flyers has been completely taken off the website, so my guess is the Wiggles Sea Planes is replacing it
  19. The concept artwork still shows Belinda’s Tree House and my guess is it will stay as this. ‘Ball Pit’ within the name is likely temporary. I’m not sure. Nothing was said about these.
  20. I’ve updated my post. But from the media event, this is my understanding of the announcement. For example, ‘Escape Coaster’ will be named Kenny’s Forest Flyer (which was revealed in the concept artwork for the ride).
