    Great review @jjuttup! we did a Melbourne trip 3 weeks ago on Mother’s Day weekend, also taking in Melbourne Zoo & HP: Forbidden Forest (the main reason for our visit as our son is obsessed). Don’t think I could really add too much to your review which nails it all! I think it’s the best zoo in the country. Taronga has the world-class backdrop, but that aside Melbourne wins. HP:FF was literally amazing. Having recently returned from Japan and having done USJ and the WB HP studio tour (not to be missed if you are every visiting Tokyo) I felt there was no way I’d possibly be impressed with this - boy was I wrong! figured i’d chuck a couple of photos in to supplement what you’ve shared too We also spent a day at Luna Park -our first time there, which was also a heap of fun!

    And it absolutely is. And with unique and remarkable rides like Beauty & the Beast and Pooh’s Hunny Hunt, so too is TDL. Flying Dino is probably my favourite coaster in the world (granted I have not done a coaster trip of the US). Spider-Man was so good too, such a shame it is now closed forever. I’ll always be grateful the timing of our time meant we got to ride it before closure (as well as Space Mountain at TDL)

    Oh I get picking USJ over TDL, I’m just saying i wouldn’t then pick another park over it at well.

    Those long queues to get in clear very fast, and you’ll be met with equally long queues on entry at USJ. Difference is once you are in DL/DS it’s so large the crowds kind of disperse and it doesn’t seem as busy except for parade times and the marquee rides, whereas USJ is just nuts busy, always. I personally wouldn't consider doing any other park over TDL/DS other than USJ. For USJ as magician said, express passes are a must, they sell out super fast as well so you need to be ready to purchase 2 months out. Park front hotel is fantastic and at the gate and plenty of food options. Zero need to be there at 5:30 mate. 7-7:30am is fine and will get you into SNW before timed access starts, allowing you to use the timed access with your express passes later for a second entry. Technically could get a 3rd as well through the app.

    In what is no doubt a great addition, it looks like White Water World will be introducing ride photo kiosks during the seasonal break.

    Tell me about it my son just asked to go this afternoon, I brought up the maintenance schedule (strangely not opening on the app so you have to go on the website) Only rides beyond toddler ones open are Road Runner, GL and JL. he says “you can’t count JL as everything in it is always broken, what is wrong is movie world these days”. From an 11 year old who is also fed up haha

    That would just create a ridiculous shit storm, and i'd hate to be the ride attendant telling someone hey i know the guy before you got these seats for $10 each, but you have to pay $20, unless you go back and wait for 9 more people to purchase. Way too convoluted

    Meh… I made an innocent mistake, I apologised genuinely and sincerely and people on here want to carry on like they’ve never made a mistake in their lives. If stacking on me makes people feel better about themselves, stack away.
