  1. It’s a jungle rush update. Some new concept artwork was released.
  2. Dreamworld Flyer officially opens to the public tomorrow
  3. Another support is up and there’s a fair bit of scaffolding around the ride platform. The supports for the other side were sitting around their base so if I had to guess, they’ll go up shortly too.
  4. I’d say it’s likely a Mack powered coaster, I believe someone on here saw Mack staff walking around the now Dreamworks area a few weeks ago - so it would make sense.
  5. Trident has been topped off, looks like the ride itself is nearly done. https://www.instagram.com/p/ChJEBQYvPT2/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  6. Leviathan has begun testing https://www.facebook.com/283591200581/posts/10166548025460582/?app=fbl https://www.instagram.com/tv/Cg1DOBpDzER/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  7. Was at WNW the other day, one of the double barrel attendants said kaboom had been closed for a few weeks because they’re waiting on parts from overseas and a rep from the manufacturer needs to come over to assist/inspect the slides. Unsure as to the specific issue but they said they’re hoping to reopen it next week at the earliest.
  8. Yep. Rivals did a few cycles after rope drop and then broke down. We left and went to Dreamworld after waiting about an hour for it to reopen but it never did so unsure as to when/if it reopened.
  9. Was there this morning and pretty much everything was closed except Scooby, Doomsday & Batwing and the place was packed. Lots of unhappy families.
  10. Didn’t look down that way today with Motocoaster being closed, sorry! They were just joining the track up about an hour ago now so it looks like it’ll be done before the end of today.
  11. Pretty much the entire stretch of new track has been laid, they’re joining up the last of it right now down past the motocoaster launch. No more track leading into rocky hollow station and doesn’t look like a switch is being built there either.
  12. A new (much better) POV has been posted on the parks Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CTob2QJs5wf/?utm_medium=copy_link

  14. Train is currently loaded with water dummies and on the launch track, just after the switch.
  15. Queue covering is now fully installed, fencing around the ride is now beginning to go up. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/CTRldCUBqeE/?utm_medium=copy_link
  16. The smaller rock archway after the MCBR is looking almost completed and crews are now working on the main rock tunnel. Station work continuing and electrical work on MCBR is happening too. More pathways have been poured, particularly towards the ride exit. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/CR70l3xMea0/?utm_medium=copy_link

  18. Ah of course, that makes perfect sense RE gravel to protect the existing track. Thanks for clarifying!
  19. Not sure whether this has been discussed already, but a lot of the train track between Main Street station and the TOT station building has been ripped up (image source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpk0oAvh9JA&t=1034s). At first I thought it was surely just collateral damage from TOT demolition, but in the video it's suggested that the train will be rerouted directly along the former path of the TOT launch track with Main Street Station and the Level Crossing being moved essentially alongside MDMC. I know this is purely speculation and seems unlikely due to the pure amount of effort, but the removal of that additional track seems to support the theory. I think it would make sense considering Dreamworld's recent efforts to clean up parts of the park, plus it would fill that awkward space between ST and MDMC leaving plenty of room for new path space. Regardless, if true it'd be incredibly sad to see another part of Original Dreamworld History go if the original Main Street Station is no more.
  20. The tunnel has now been demolished pretty much up to the station building. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/CQ4_HAgp7IB/?utm_medium=copy_link
  21. Section above the path between Main Street and Motocoaster entrance has been removed. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/CQuaBpIBla-/?utm_medium=copy_link
