  1. Do you only sit up the back? Sitting around half way up, right down to the front row encapsulates your peripheral vision.
  2. I didn't, but it explains why they disappeared almost alltogether, yet were in park. I believe TZ have a 12 month expiry on both funds and tickets.
  3. I also noticed in the JJ video from last night that they're all prize and ticket games, no story games. Which probably doesnt make monetary sence that much unless you want to keep paying out, unless the cost was based off upfront pricing where they're a bit more. But that also means you're done alot quicker and feeling a bit more ripped off.
  4. Also, why are they using "prize points" instead of carrots?
  5. Considering Timezone has their prices at around 2.50 iirc for non VIPs, 10 games for 35 seems a bit steep. Also, 35x3 is 105, so its an extra $15 for 3 lots of tokens.
  6. I live 25 minutes down the road and have never seen ads. Even when much of my FB marketing is LPS and MW.
  7. The fact their last online was 15 minutes after account creation, i'm leaning into spam.
  8. Incase anyone was wondering where it would fit, i believe its going where the reptile house was. They opened a new one back around june in the middle of the park.
  9. All the themeing is prefab, so it should be onsite in crates and containers. Once necessary structual and ride components are done, then they can have all this done in a couple of weeks. Even labour hire if they have to. The thing thats going to take the longest is letting any greenery grow in.
  10. My thought was that the doors might be the opening to the elevator.
  11. Merry Christmas https://themeparks.com.au/blog/bts-of-scooby-doo?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR0JsbBOW_82Onbly8rhxysgB8a6A9c2iC8bFtAz5a5KBJEbjokjQwx8xYU_aem_-BzqVm0b8zDwe1y_G-z5GQ
  12. Which direction do the markings in the park indicate? Starting there should tell you considering its not square.
  13. Now i'm curious as to where you thought the markets were being held in park? Throws me back to when the Easter Show had signings with the 10 news hosts like 20 years ago
  14. Or even regularly enough to not be considered an escape.
  15. Thats what i was thinking when i went just before school holidays. A ghost town would give the feeling everyone all of a sudden up and left, and not like they packed up and left. For example, under the water tower is an area that had a purpose, but i have no idea what that purpose is or was, but it could either use seating or a stage. The whole area needs a total thematic makeover and not just installation of something that exclusively runs during school holidays, and/or is an upcharge. I think we would all be onboard if the upcharge made sense ala gold panning at PC/Thunderbird Park/IAAPA every year. But it also needs its own free flowing story and experience. Do i have ideas? Absolutely not, but give the parks creative boffins enough coffee, ritalin, and budget, then watch people flow down that end for reasons other than "daddy wants to ride the mountain boat ride".
  16. Exactly this. I had to ask in one of my zookeeper groups what that discount Lungfish/Trout hybrid was the the top of the tank was as i couldnt find it on any sign and there was so many of them. It was a Cobia.
