No, they shouldn’t, as it’s a family event. Focus on one thing and get it right - and it appears largely they have. Teens go to Fright Nights. Simple.

Amphitheatre, Adventure River & Science lab never went out for tender as far as we know.

Just a quick update and some interesting info- Mystery Manor will close permanently at Luna Park 3rd of November. The appeal and popularity of this attraction surprised even Luna Park- this was meant to be a temporary Halloween walkthrough attraction , however, it proved so popular that it has stayed open for close to 4 years now. The quality of the theming, the excellent actors all made this in house attraction a winner. Now that its closing for good, it certainly augers well for a new attraction to take its place. Given its location at the back of Maloney's Corner, it occupies a fair bit of real estate that could be used for a substantial attraction. ( hint hint Maurer Sohne Spinning Coaster) Given the success of Volare, its time for LPS to once again move forward with their $25 million ride reinvestment plans. Here's hoping that this is the first signs of that coming to fruition. Fingers crossed!

He did give an alternative - thanks for selectively quoting. I like either idea. if done safely and in a controlled manner, learning to carve a pumpkin would be a really cool and unique element to the event. I'd certainly like to try my hand at it before butchering something at home...

Revved out of her? I bet she's sore. Wasn't this announced quite a while ago though? So it could be put down to the same vein as 'new ampitheatre at TRRR' and 'Adventure River at WWW' ? There's been a lot of 'new direction' stuff coming out of Dreamworld lately. The shaded seating area was absolutely lambasted by the public at large - they could very well have changed their minds... (I know we've seen concept art for the new design and all, but we saw concept art for the new science lab thing in corroboree too... oh wait there's another one!)

Wow - looking incredibly CG, the new Polin Waterparks tower seems complete. It looks great from the front. The park also has new signage over the main gate and new maps through out the park. Mysteriously, the giant jumping pillow has disappeared.

Yeah interesting. Sounds like there's a lot of swings with mostly misses but a couple hits. At least there actually are some swings because they spent a long time not even trying. Hopefully next year we can forgo the stuff that didn't work like the gross fountain and the 'good on you for trying' pumpkin globe and build on the stuff that does. Also Murrisppi River surely?

Believe they are upgrading them to PS3s.

Hope to see a new flat ride in this area.
